Arrive new customer and leave a satisfied, impressed, and loyal customer! Such a great off the beaten path place! Seating is all outside on patio and under the trees in the large dog friendly yard. Perfect for good weather...not sure what the plan would be for bad weather but order for pick up would be the recommendation. Such a welcoming, warm, inclusive, lively vibe! The service is friendly, engaging, and attentive ~ A+Food ordered at the counter and the drinks were ready immediately... given a number for the order to be brought out to our table. The wait for the food was a tad longer than expected but was 100% worth it! The sandwiches, lattes, and cookies were fantastic! And of course Smokey the friendly cat added to the delight of this place! Recommend for casual outdoor dining...and well mannered dogs.

This cafe was in walking distance from my Airbnb so I decided to check it out early morning.I ordered some hot drinks, a breakfast sandwich and 2 pastries. When I arrived back to my rental, I discovered my pastries were not packaged and had to walk all the way back to the cafe; I didn't mind at first. But, the worker didn't really apologize, quickly gave me the sweets and disappeared in the back. I normally have pictures of what I ordered, but was in a rush this morning due to the mishap with the cafe. But, all the food and drinks were average at best. I don't imagine myself coming back.

We were hustling visiting for Aftershock and wanted to treat ourselves to non-hotel coffee. I got an iced pumpkin spice oat milk latte and my friend got a chai latte. We also got two of the big cookies. Everything was so good and the service was great too. The wait was a little long before getting to the counter but wait time between ordering and receiving our drinks was really short. There were also a couple neighborhood cats we said hi to around the cafe. It was sunny and the outside was really enjoyable to be in and admire. Wish yall were in PDX now :)

This spot is just the cutest! Pet and child friendly, they have a large back yard/patio area that can fit manyyyyy people. Now to the food and drinks Honestly one of the best dirty chai's I've had, espresso wasn't overwhelming but you knew it was there. The sandwich! 100000000/10 SO delicious and it's big! I didn't even finish the whole thing. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area!

Honestly I'd give them 3.5 stars, but I rounded up. Got the bacon breakfast burrito for myself and a cappuccino for my wife. She said the coffee was pretty bland and was disappointed. I had really high hopes for the burrito. The tortilla was super crispy which I loved. The salsa was incredible. The bean mash tasted really good too but other than that, it was also kinda bland. I really wanted to like it, but for $15 I don't think I'd get the burrito again. I've had better burritos in sac. The staff was super friendly, it was just one girl making coffee and one dude making the food. I called ahead and placed my order, otherwise I would have been waiting a while. It's super small inside, so I can see it getting packed really quickly. I definitely want to come back and try some of the sandwiches and that chocolate cookie. I'm not writing this place off just yet.

Free newspaper! Great place to study if the weather is good: free WiFi. Sydney was working and she is such a nice and helpful person. We sat outside and played uno on one of their many tables. Gluten free and vegan options available. I got the egg pig'cante and it was delicious. One of the people I was with got the carnitas quesadilla. I tried some of the quesadilla and I was not a fan. The avocado should go outside of the quesadilla. The coffee was so good here that I went back and got another one lol. I will definitely stop here anytime I'm in Sacramento.

Always visit when I'm in the area. The coffee is great and the food is good too. It's a good hangout just to sit outside and chill. There is a resident cat too that lives there that likes to be pet. The staff are friendly and wait isn't too bad.

I was so excited to try the Treehouse Cafe because I was recommended to go here by another Yelper. I hat to say it but I was unimpressed by the food. I was recommended to try one of their breakfast burritos - so I opted for the breakfast burrito with bacon and their vegan version. This was definitely a let-down for meThe burrito was pretty small compared to a traditional breakfast burrito, and it weren't filled very much. The regular breakfast burrito was okay but the tortillas was pretty crunchy, which did not create a pleasant tasting experience. The vegan burrito was unflavorful and overall bland despite the optimistic coloring of the "eggs." I ended up asking for more salsa to make it taste better. Overall, I wouldn't add this onto my brunch list to take friends.

Discovered Tree House Cafe when I was at another breakfast spot in West Sac last month and bookmarked it due to the high reviews on Yelp.We came on a Sunday morning at 9 am and it looked like a popular place as there was a good amount of people eating outside already. There was a small line that took maybe 15 mins or so to get our order taken. We didn't mind since there was only one register. We specially came to try the breakfast burrito, but we're pretty let down since it crossed out from the menu. We weren't sure if it was because they already sold out or just weren't serving that day. Instead I got the breakfast quesadilla with ham and an iced ultra violet matcha. My boyfriend got the breakfast burrito with bacon and egg pig'cante to try. My matcha literally was ready right after I finished ordering/paying. It was a little suspicious just because matcha is a whole process to make. I was pretty let down when I saw how dull and light the matcha latte was. If you drink matcha normally, you'd know you want that vibrant green color. I could taste the lavender and honey, but no carmel. It was mostly milk and that matcha was not mixed completely as there were specks in the drink. The food took maybe 20 minutes to come out. Definitely do not come here if you're in a rush. It's more of a chill and relax place to eat. Our food was good, but it wasn't anything special. It's pretty pricy for what you're getting. It wasn't really worth it for us. I will say it's a cool place to come with friends to hang out though! The staff is very friendly too.
