We humored little one to enter this store & take a little look around, but I was immediately turned off. It's a toy store for kids, but EVERYWHERE are signs to look and not touch. Are you really not allowed to get a good look or feel of anything like a stuffie? Other people browsing were also turned off by the policy. The aisles are SO narrow, and woe if you try to go down one aisle & multiple people are looking at something on the other end or getting assisted cuz you'll have to backtrack all the way down to the open end to get out. My daughter & I are petite, but we couldn't walk side by side down aisles.The temperature was cranking so ridiculously hot that I just wanted to leave ASAP!There was nothing that interested my little one, thank goodness. I felt I could definitely find better pricing for some items I saw. Rarely have I been in such an uncomfortable shopping environment.

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I went in just to take a peak. While I knew they had fake brand name plushies. I also saw fake STANLEY CUPS and fake LABABUS. save your money and RUN!

Yes, I purchased a nice, yellow, and black trike bike for my day. Care and I asked the guy because I bought the demo if anything should happen if they guarantee and he said yes, and there's not gonna break or anything, and so the next day when me and my daycare child is out in the bout, the umbrella is broken and I call them immediately from. Macy's parking lot and from there. The drama starts, and the bottom line they are stating is that I broke this umbrella. And so the conversation between the 2 of us was that he was gonna help replace it and that he needed to see a face-to-face because of the pictures I purchased. I mean sent. We're not clear, and as of this date. Nothing has been resolved, and they still state that I am the one that broke the stroller.

This place is awful. The owner is so shady and rude, tries to rip you off and then gets angry when you question him. I purchased a can am for my son and he wanted to deliver it without the box, so when I told him I wanted the box and everything it came in, for many obvious reason, and to ensure I was getting what I paid for and also that it wasn't something that was previously returned or a knockoff, he questioned why I need the box and said that I don't need it. What?? This place is so unprofessional, I'm mot sure how they are in business. I requested he cancel my order and refund me, to which he refused. I'm sorry, what?? Stay far away from this crappy place.

I got a spider-man figure and it look great in the display, but it came in a plastic bag and the first one had an eye defect so I got a different one but it's pretty clear it's fake. It doesn't move much, it came out of the plastic already broken and it was 16 dollars. Buy at your own risk.

Fake fake fake everything is fake careful what you buy. 1 star only because you have to put at least 1 otherwise big fat ZERO

DO NOT BUY SONNY ANGELS FROM THERE. I bought 4 of them and they all came with their head off and there were so many defects painting was off as well as color issues. Mistakes over all would 100% not recommend. I bought the Sonny Angels candy keychain and while it's cute it's not real. When checking out I picked out 2 and the cashier said "Buy 2 get 1 free" I turned around grabbed another then put it on the counter he then said "Grab another buy 3 get 1 free" so I did got charged for 4 Sony Angels but didn't notice till I got into the car. The place just seemed sketchy over all.
