Irina is amazing! It was my first visit and the vibe was welcoming and friendly I went in July a couple hours before they were closing and she fit me right in. The goal was to start the process of removing the pink hair color and transition to brown with highlights.She went above and beyond. Irina started with a partial per my request, but we decided to do a full weave of highlights and lowlights. I've never seen a stylist foil as fast as her! I'm calling today to see about my touch up highlights and see about extensions. There may not be a lot of pictures here, but I have been complimented by at least 4 cosmetologist about my highlights being on point.

I went here around October for a small trim and color, and left in tears. It was my first time getting my hair professionally done, so I was very excited. I can't remember who my stylist was but she ended up not doing what I asked for whatsoever. I wanted a very small trim (just the split ends) and a dye. I previously had black and red stripes and wanted to go fully purple, so I made sure to show her example pictures of the color I desired. She said okay and immediately started, which I had no problem with but she did not inform me on the process at all. For some reason she just slapped on the purple right over the red and black, which I didn't expect. No bleach at all. It ended up looking very muddy and grayish which I was very sad about. Afterwards, when she was "trimming" my hair, she randomly cut my bangs and made them very thick. I had finally gotten my bangs how I wanted after MONTHS of fixing them and she completely botched them. I did not ask for my bangs to be cut at all. Overall I would not recommend, my hair is still messed up after all these months and I've never felt more insecure. :(

I came in for a hydrofacial a few days ago with lora?After the visit I realized that I still had the same amount of black heads and didn't see any difference. The hydrofacial felt like stab and pull, maybe go a little gentle next time. Felt like she was in a hurry! The appointment is 1 hour long however, I only got a service for 30min. And the rest 30min. She talking/promoting her products and how knowledgeable she is! I only get facials once in a great while to get relaxed. This was definitely not it!

My son and I go to Irina. She does a great job and very affordable! They have lots of ladies that do a very good job.

Just one of those days when you feel like you want to pamper yourself and do a walk-in instead of scheduling for an appointment. I called different salons if they were able to accommodate me but every salon is by appointment especially for a balayage. I called Total Image Salon and voila! They asked me come right away. I was very pleased with the end result. Irina really did a great job. She was very honest to tell me that it is going to be hard since my hair is dark and I want it to be the lightest it can be. But it really turned out good. I will for sure come back for their service.

This salon is Amazing!!! They do hair nails pedicures facials eyebrows and eyelashes I'm so happy I found this place!

Vera has been doing my hair and I'm always happy gives me the perfect blonde and my hair is still healthy and long and I get my nails done with Anna she does the best nail art ! Highly recommend !

Lara does all the skin stuff you will ever need. First introduction to her. I was getting my hair done. Asked if she could squeeze me in when done. She said $95 I will make you very happy. She was correct. It was like 5 facials, she goes all the way down to your fingers, all the way from your knees to you toes. I was so impressed I told my friend. The second time she went she tried this new thingy that zaps stem cells under your skin. Basically the fountain of youth. I can't say enough good about her. The only draw back is her accent is thick. So we communicate through text.

Lana did my perm and she was amazing. she stayed late to do it and I never once felt rushed. my hair turned out better then I imagined it would. she is very friendly and welcoming. she will be my new favorite hair stylist

I really like this salon! I started going there for my nails to be done and Larysa is doing amazing job!!! My nails look amazing!!!I also decided to give a try for the facials. I am in my late 30s and I was always a little nervous about going to the cosmetologist because I wasn't sure if the person will do good job on my face. Cosmetologist Lora is very knowledgeable and professional. I could see the results after the first time. She was explaining everything she was doing. She explained me how I should take care of my skin in my situation. I really see huge improvement on my face. I also started going with my teenage daughter who had really bad acne and little scars because of it. And I am amazed with the results. Her skin looks so clean right now!I really recommend this place and especially Cosmetologist Lora and nail lady Larysa!!!
