Tops Yogurt

After trying a sample of the Sweet Coconut(Non Fat) Froyo I was hooked and knew exactly which flavor I wanted!! It taste like fresh coconut! I then proceeded to of course load my bowl to the brim with their amazing toppings! Did I mention they have color changing spoons? As soon as it hit the frozen yogurt, it magically changed from yellow to orange, which matched my bowl perfectly!I would highly recommend this location that opened 14 years ago! They are known to have the largest amount of high quality froyo flavors and toppings in the greater Sacramento area! And I also noticed they focus on healthier options since all of their froyo flavors were either non-fat, low fat, sugar free or non-dairy! We'll definitely looking forward to returning to try more flavors! SYOY!

Expensive but good. Wish they had more low sugar options. They have a nice outdoor area to sit and eat

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . Incompetent worker! Lady mopped and left the floor soaked and didn't put a wet floor sign, my nephew slipped and fell hard. When we said hey your floor a little too wet and she said "WELL I JUST MOPPED" but no wet floor sign was put out. Clearly she didn't care about customer service either, left register unattended and her friends must've visited and she went out and sat and ate with them them and chopped it up instead of ringing us up!

The yogurt is mediocre and I think this place could be a lot more popular because of the location. I saw there was an effort to have clean, single use serving spoons for the toppings. The inside seems clean but there's something I can't quite put my finger on that makes me feel something is a little off in the cleanliness department. The patio seatings are definitely covered in old yogurt and we had to bring our own Clorox wipes to clean it down. I'm not sure if the woman we've met on different occasions is the owner but she is never friendly towards us and seems annoyed whatever we even try to make friendly conversation. It ruins the outing, we can find other nearby places to enjoy yogurt with the family.

I've been coming to Tops since it first opened in this location. It's always been a great place. Many great and numerous selections. On this visit (Sept 2022) the yogurt could have been more frozen as it was pretty thin (for lack of another word) and starting to melt in the bottom of the cup. Usually the yogurt is thicker and without any gast melting where it looks like a little milk in your cup. I know that on very hot days this is just a problem with all frozen yogurt and ice cream places but it wasn't particularly hot that day. And the price seems to have really climbed of late. Yogurt shops have steadily raised their prices on consumers but Tops is definitely on the higher end of that spectrum. I believe every froyo place I've been to posts their prices, usually by the weight, e.g. 45 cents per ounce, but I didn't see a price and the higher cost may be why. Overall it's a great place to go and there aren't many choices in this area.

The location is amazing and it's so close by to our house. We never go because it just feel very clean and not that great to go into. I would request the owners to look at the company homespun in Lincoln. They have less space, but it's so fun to go into, and so clean. We drive out of the way for that purpose. Would love this place to do the same

Serious health hazard at this place. We walked in, about 8 kids and two adults in the place with no masks. The old guy behind the counter had his mask on, unfortunately he doesn't know how to wear it so it was half off his face with his nose exposed. All the toppings and yogurt dispensers are touched by everyone, without cleaning or changing in between. Absolutely disgraceful with their lack of care I usually see in nearly all stores and restaurants across California. This place is a corona virus hot zone just waiting to happen. If you have any concern about your health or that of your loved ones, stay away from this dump. Shame on the owners for the complete disregard for public health and safety and for violating current public health standards and regulations. You guys lost a family of regular customers, that's for sure.

Decent yogurt, but the place wasn't the cleanest and it could really use a makeover. The lady who was working was on the phone the entire time. Probably won't be going back, which is a bummer because it's right across the street from my kids gymnastics.

the lady left the register unattended and was mean to me on multiple occasions including when i just asked for a sample. she also made a group of kids clean their own table and just pointed didnt even ask . i have also found hair in my yogurt while she was working and she couldn't have cared less. she does not care about her customers whatsoever and she never is in a good mood very bad experience everytime i go

First time there. We were the only customers in the store at the time. 2 of the yogurts were liquid when we added to our cups- then afterwards the woman working said oh they will be ready in 20 minutes. Disappointed she just didn't say that to us initially. I probably will not go back. Recommend telling customers as they are deciding which flavors to pick- the yogurts flavors that are not ready yet.
