Came to this salon primarily based on convenience of location and I'm glad I did. Lily sat me right away for my gel manicure and I was done within 30 minutes! This blew me away, I'm used to it being an hour process anywhere else. Time will tell if the gel will wear well but I anticipate making this my regular spot. As a busy working mother, every part of my day is accounted for. On a side note, the other ladies who were there had a nice rapport with the owners and were clearly regulars. Speaks well of a business.

I love this place and enjoy getting my nails done. They have a lot of regulars and it's small so you don't feel like a quick nail job and pay and go. Very sweet and personable.

I don't like the man that works/owns this place...I won't return. He didn't want to do my nails because I had them done somewhere else previously. I travel frequently, and get my nails done many different places. He's rude and worked roughly on me.

The atmosphere of this shop is really chill, which is nice, and the staff seemed pretty calm and friendly if you're a regular (I'm not). I went in for a manicure and pedicure. There wasn't any pricing available. For a manicure and pedicure it was $50. Gel would be an additional $10 each. Super reasonable for a simple polish, right?The pedicure was a little sad. My nails were cut a bit oddly, and the skin by my nails was clipped and they could have just left it-- now the area is rough and weird.The polish job left some to be desired. Excess polish was "cleaned up" with a fingernail swipe, but it left some polish on my skin still, unfortunately! If that gets the job done that's fine, but it'd have been nice to be touched up with polish remover after.I was led to the manicure area after, which was a little awkward scooting across the floor barefoot with wet polish. A towel was placed down for my feet to go on top of, but it was a little icky because there were nail clippings on the floor...The manicure... I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed! Just like my pedicure, skin by my nails was clipped, and most were fine, but I have some nails where the skin is all rough and like I've been chewing at them. My nails were poorly-filed to where the tips were still roughed up from the board. The polish job was like my pedicure but a bit worse. The sides of most of my nails was missed, and it looks like I've had this manicure for a few days already.I'm sure there is a reason why the other reviews are so great! I wish I had that kind of experience, as this sadly wasn't it, and I feel like I wasted my money.

I have been going here since it first opened in the mid 90's ..Lily and Tram have been the best for me, my daughters and granddaughters. You can't go wrong having a pedicure or/and manicure at this great salon. Their professionalism and talent is outstanding.

Top 10 Nails I have found to be one of the cleanest nalon salons I have been to even pre COVID-19. The salon promptly took me at the time of my appointment. No waiting, no mass crowds, no crying babies, no loud phone calls, ect. The place was simple and clean. I had a regular manicure and pedicure which I simply enjoyed. The technician was named Tran. If you are looking for a low key nail salon without all the drama in Roseville Top 10 Nails is the place. The downside is there are no waxing services for face i.e. eyebrows, lip, ect.

My Nonna went here for French tips and was serviced on by the guy who works there. He did an absolutely terrible job. The clear nail polish was yellow... not to mention that the white was sloppy due to the fact that their nail dryer wasn't working properly. The polish kept smearing and weren't dry when she left. She now has a crater in her nail around the cuticle from too much drilling, needless to say we will not be going back but wanted to share this experience so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I'm new to the area and I'm pretty sure I've found my new nail salon! I had a gel mani and regular pedicure by Tram. He did a great job! He and Lily are very nice and the salon is very clean, too!

HORRIBLY PAINTED AND HORRIBLY CLEANED. btw they use the same little sponges for the bottom of your heels on every customer. you don't get a fresh one. so there will be left over dead skin from the previous user on your heel/foot. very dirty place they don't sanitize anything, just rinse. which is very easy for bacteria to transfer or toe infections.
