Close to home authentic little mexi-mart They have most of the traditional things you may need for a mexican dish, I purchase the nopales fresh paddles here for specialty drinks that I like to make. The most recent times I have gone, they are not only busy but also out of the paddles. I haven't had anything but very brief encounters with the staff, no one really stand out to me nor do they really try and converse much with me.

DO NOT by Pokemon cards from this shop !!!! Beware !!! In total I spent over $300 on cards at Toledos Market and took them to a card shop to resell and the owner of Great Escape Games told me I just sold him counterfeit cards !!!! I could have gotten in trouble for such a thing. Not only was I humiliated but upset because I had even more cards I had purchased and opened/ mixed with my sons collection at home. I have reported this store to my bank for fraud and not only that will be reporting them to the BBB. Note to self ... when a store is selling packs / boxes of Pokémon cards that are worth over 1k- 2500k in their store it's too good to be true

This is a little shop and seems to be family owned. The pan dulce and bolillo is soft and fresh, especially in the mornings. The meat is good quality and I always get the carne ranchera. I love that they have the glass cokes and chips imported from Mexico. This was my first time trying their pupusas and I give it a 7/10.

I wanted to come here to try the food ot looked good thru their advertisements And they are close to my house...I ordered the chille relleno plate ($12.99) i was hopeful when i went in... The rice was in big hard clumps like it had been left out all day or all night maybe put in the refrigerator without a lid on it -tasteless and an inedible. The beans have absolutely no flavor... ‍It is a shame this is a Mexican market only Hispanic people are in here and the food taste terrible. The most disappointing thing about my Chile Relleno was it was not cooked long enough so there was two big cold pieces of cheese in the middle of the pepper. No sauce really either. I would never buy this again.The other plate that we ordered was Carnitas... The Carnitas were completely white and dried out no caramelization or thought went into this dish as it was like boiled meat I've actually never had Carnitas this bad but OK this is your best Toledo Mexican market? Rice and beans were the same on this plate...($12.99 for carnitas)If you want to waste your money on terrible food this is the spot to go!! If you want to chase off a date take them here... And if you want to leave completely unsatisfied after you have ate this food come here. This is for sure the worst Mexican food I've had yet in Sacramento, I go to a lot of places and also FYI I was a second head chef for a Mexican restaurant that did everything from scratch for six years.You should be ashamed of putting this food out to the public. WASTE OF TIME & $$

The cashier lady was very helpful and gave great recommendations. The food is large portioned and truly amazing. We got the quesabirria tacos and a carnitas super burrito. Very juicy tender meat. Everything was delicious and if I could give a higher rating I would. Definitely will be back again!

Este lugarcito tiene comida muy sabrosa . Yo boy solo por su caldo de res y Los sopecitos y Los burritos. Lo unico Que cuando llamo para poner orden por telephone en 4-6 occasions no contestan Suena ocupado o me ponen en espera y ya no contestan. Cuando llego y les digo Que su telephono tiene problemas e mirado que le mueven al telephono le vuelvo a llamar ya estando adentro de la tienda y si contestan . Trabajo sercas y en occasiones me a tocado ir a compar a otra parte en mi hora de lonche porque no puedo poner la orden antes de llegar, porque no contestan . Es un poco inconveniente pero nimodo asi corren su negocio .

Unfortunately we were scammed! If you don't speak Spanish you might be getting taken advantage of by the workers. I shop here by myself and have never had problems but that may because I am Hispanic and speak Spanish. I sent my boyfriend(Asian and non Spanish speaking) in to buy 1 pound of pork chorizo which is $4.99. When he came back he said "I think Juan finessed me" he said that when they were ringing him up he tried to speak up and say he thought chorizo was only $4.99/lb and they told himNo this is correct. well my boyfriend knows the difference between chorizo and chicharron so he knew they were scamming him for double the price and he didn't want to create a bigger issue and just paid. Unfortunately we won't be shopping here anymore because of their dishonesty :(. So beware if you don't speak Spanish because they'll get you

I like the Combo carne Asada that's my favorite, the flavor and the amount meat is good. The carnitas has a different taste, chicken flauta is ok. I bought marinated carne asada and their very good.

I stopped by to purchase one container of salsa for 3.49. At the meat counter. No one else was in the store 130pm in a Monday. Not one employee offered to help me. Two guys behind the counter and the guy with glasses on at the register were all starting starring at their cell phones. Looked at me and walked away. I left and will never come back to this dump.

este mercado venden lo que ellos quieren no lo que el cliente pide se le pide un burrito de chorizo con huevo solamente y lo dan como ellos quieren a su voluntad para mi es mal servicio y lo tratan mal es muy mal servicio.
