Tipsy Cheese

They were at Jon Pardi concert, I bought the Buffalo Chicken, and the Artichoke one they were both Amazing. The fries that came with the sandwiches were so good, too. I wanted the dessert one, but unfortunately, they were sold out. I didn't get any pictures because I ate it so fast! So I will look for them everywhere there are food trucks! Soooooo yummy!!!

FOOD- BBQ Chicken: chicken tenders with BBQ sauce, topped with onion rings and cheese. Very tasty! Chicken was tender and crispy. The fries were good. 5/5SERVICE: Friendly. 4/5THOUGHTS: I would come back. I would love to try all the options!

We had the good fortune to be at a brewery where we were able to try Tipsy Cheese truck - and YAY! I love cheese and was NOT disappointed. We go up to the truck and look through the menu - yes good stuff and good options, but WTF they had a big TV on the side of the truck with controllers and you could play VIDEO GAMES!!! I repeat video games. The game on was Crash Bandicoot and can I just say, if I wasn't busy doing other things, I would have stood there for hours. So then we get the food after a short wait. The basket came with the sandwich and crinkle fries. I had the spinach artichoke sandwich and it was sooo good and it left me full. I will keep tracking this truck and revisit when I can!

Went here last night for dinner. I got the bbq chicken sandwich, and my daughter got the jalapeño popper sandwich. We split them and tried each one. I really liked the bbq chicken sandwich - it had good flavors and lots of chicken. The jalapeño popper sandwich was okay. It wasn't spicy enough for me, but you never know how hot jalapeños will be. The fries were just okay, I wasn't a huge fan. They have a good variety of sandwiches on their menu, so I want to try some different ones next time.

My wife and I went to a winery event and tipsy cheese was the featured food truck. When I came to the food truck the staff was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. The sandwich has provolone and Colby jack cheese with tomato on sourdough bread. The chicken was drenched in buffalo sauce. The sandwich was delicious and had a little kick to it. The sandwich came with seasoned fries. The fries were delicious and seasoned to perfection. I also ordered a watermelon juice with infused Red Bull. The drink was very refreshing and the flavors went well together. I also ordered berry filled donut which came with strawberry and whipped cream. The dessert was delicious and very flavorful. The ambiance is great and very customer friendly.

Great private event at our resort Saturday. We had the brisket grilled cheese and the bbq chicken grilled cheese. Comes with Krinkle cut fries. Service was great. It was raining but didn't stop people from getting in line to eat a sandwich!

I'd give it like 3.5 stars. I was super excited to try them, but the Spinach Artichoke sandwich was so thin. Had good flavor, but definitely needed some more filling. Hubby got the Mac and cheese grilled cheese and added bacon and he said it was just ok, a little bland. The Mac was dry and it looked dry. Fries were basic crinkle cut fries, also a little bland. Really needed Ketchup, but we didn't see any. Didn't take a pic of hubby's sandwich, but took one of mine. Would we try them again? Possibly, but I dont think we'd order the same thing. For $14 for my sandwich, I should be full and I feel like I'm gonna be hungry again in a couple hours.

Tipsy Cheese is sooooo good! I am addicted to their Jalapeño Popper sandwich. The owner Jennifer has such a great demeanor and her truck just is a vibe. When it comes to a good grilled cheese, being prepped correctly is a must.Tipsy Cheese delivers on a good prep! The bread is firm, crisp and just right. The cheese is super gooey and just affirms that she knows what she's doing. Regarding the JP sandwich - the bacon, jalapeños and cream cheese all are in in perfect harmony.What more can I say, other than I am a fan!!!!PS:I must say, the fries were super crispy and totally cooked to perfection!.PSS Their special today were the tacos. OMG! Also soooo good! I know a lot of Sac area resident love Jim Boys? I'm not originally from the area so their taco charm, well, it's lost on me. They are heavily coated in park and it's off putting. I see what they're going for at Jim Boys - for me, underwhelming.This is where the Tipsy Taco shines. While it resembles Jim Boys in technique, it's wayyyyyyy better; here is still park on the shell but in much more moderation - therefore actually pleasing to eat.Very surprising and 10 of 10, would order again.Great chips too!

Absolutely amazing. The food was quickly made & fresh not to forget an added bonus for having an all around great attitude and care for their customers. Me and my friend drove to Sacramento for this and was well worth the drive would highly recommend and go again
