Timber Creek Ballroom

We were looking for a small wedding venue and ball room is obviously too big for us. However after talking to Cathy we decided to use the rose garden and the solarium room at the restaurant. Cathy was very helpful and let us know who to contact and what to expect. We had a great intimate wedding here. I would recommend this place for a large or small wedding event.

My family hosted a Celebration of Life in one of Timber Creek's rooms.From start to finish the event was seamless. We had a short timeline, and fluid guest list. The staff was very accommodating.The food was good. Access to the bar was great. Servers were right on schedule.The family arrived and could concentrate on the event.Perfect.

This was my first time to this Del Webb area. It was a huge town of housing with the Pinnacle of a lodge and Golf Course. I was attending the Roseville Chamber of Commerce event and it was a great location. I spent some time scoping out the digs and talked to the restaurant hostess to learn more about the culture of this area. I was intrigued and I will be back to learn more about the splendors of retirement!

Simple & sweet. Great, informative staff. Quick to answer calls & emails. Clean and extremely beautiful facility. Lots of private parking. They're a little weird on large events and catering. However, their food is delicious! I was so disappointed to attend a wedding once where they ran out of food & didn't apologize to the guests. It was upsetting, but not the reason we attending, so we didn't let it get to us. We love this venue. So many amazing things about the whole facility, always looking forward to returning, whether we get food or not ;)

We just got married at Timber Creek last weekend. And I simply cannot recommend this venue enough. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more. And the staff at Timber Creek was phenomenal!! It was such a weight off of my mind to know that Jenny and her staff at TC had everything under control. Jenny always communicated with me in timely manner and was such a wealth of knowledge and so well organized and just a joy to work with! I so appreciated her professionalism and the care with which she helped us plan our most important day.The Rose Garden was stunning. The ballroom was perfection. The food was incredible and we never ran out. The wait staff was attentive and friendly and Issac, who was in charge the night our reception, checked with me personally throughout the evening to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I chose Timber Creek because of the great reviews, location, and value that it provided. And it was the best choice I ever made! Thank you Timber Creek for making our day so beautifully memorable and magical.

We were married here on 9-28-14 and couldn't be happier with the experience. Many guests have told us it was the most elegant wedding they have ever been to, which is in great part due to the surroundings that Timber Creek provided. From the beautiful rose garden where our ceremony was held, to the gorgeous golf course, to the grand ballroom that even with it's size, felt very intimate. Jenny was a great source of assistance and advice throughout the process! Kudos to her and all of the staff at Timber Creek who helped make our wedding so amazing and easy!

My husband Bobby and I had our wedding here on April 18th, 2015 and we couldn't have been happier!!! From the very beginning Jenny the catering sales director was beyond helpful, organized and knowledgable...when the big day arrived I knew everything we planned and discussed would be taken care of. After the ceremony we entered the ballroom and immediately I was blown away by the presentation and service from the staff. Isaac the banquet coordinator was delightful and he really made us feel special and well taken care of. The food was AMAZING!!! We got so many compliments from all of our guests, tri tip was my favorite :) Thank you again Timber Creek for making our day so amazing!Maddie and Bobby Bastian

Where do I start?! From the moment we walked into the venue we instantly knew this was the right place. Jenny and Debb are wonderful at what they do. Making sure your day goes as you always had planned it. They have exceptional customer service, outstanding customer satisfaction and their personable personalities made wedding planning so easy for me. The space is beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly and the food AMAZING to say the least. My guest truly enjoyed themselves and kept saying how beautiful everything was from the ceremony site to the gorgeous ballroom!!!! If you're looking for a fantastic space that will accommodate your every need look no further. I can't thank you enough Jenny for all that you did for us.

Big shout out to Timbers Ballroom in Del Webb Sun City Roseville Ca. Attended a banquet with great food. Especially enjoyed the Tartufo cake for desert and the amazing Pear Vinaigrette salad dressing. Best dressing I ever had. If your thinking of a banquet location, give this place a try.

The venue was nice enough, the food was decent (to be fair, they are cooking for a lot of people) but pretty limited on choices, the wait staff were great, but my goodness.... the head event coordinator Jenny? Awful.She was super difficult to work with. She works very limited hours making it difficult to schedule meetings (she refused to schedule a meeting a couple of months out, and then it was challenging to set the meeting because, go figure, everyone's schedules had filled up, including hers), and doesn't realize that clients are people who work and have schedules also.The worst part is her attitude. EVERY time we asked a question she got snippy and told us to look at the documentation "it's all on there, you need to look at it." Here's the thing.... we STILL haven't received everything we should have and our event was weeks ago.She is extremely rude, even telling my wife "this isn't all about you!" Three times in a 20 second period. Um, we are planning a wedding, so, it kinda is. But the reality was made apparent, that everything is about Jenny.She got our head count wrong and blamed us for giving her bad information. She even got our wedding date wrong, and told us (after we gave a non-refundable deposit 2 months prior) that the venue wasn't available for our wedding. When we figured out that this was her error, she STILL took no responsibility. It's everyone else's fault but her own.We also got feedback from every one of our vendors telling us how rude she was when she called them.Disrespectful, inconsiderate, rude, confrontational (we have some amazing emails we are considering forwarding to the venue director), takes zero accountability for her mistakes. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone so long as she's in charge of planning.
