Tiger is definitely more a Club than a Lounge. The vibes on the weekend are always poppin off so unless your vip or a regular the wait is kinda long. The shrimp plate was sooo good we love the friend rice and every time we come here we get the Lumpia fries!! Those lumpia are soo good especially when ur drunk and hungry from all that dancing. The drink prices are not too crazy the only thing is the DJs!!! There's usually 3 DJs a night and I swear they still play the same 4 songs for each set which gets old... plz playMORE hot girl music like Megan thee Stallion or Doja Cat and LESS Sexy Red and Ice spice it's old very quickly.

Tiger is a Sacramento staple as strange as this sounds. Tiger reminds me of old Sacramento downtown but with a modern twist. Tiger is for those, who like to dance, because this is definitely the spot to do that downtown. I would recommend coming here on a Thursday night. At 11pm on Thursdays, there is a local dance crew that comes through and has dance battle. There is a cover is you arrive after 10pm. Tiger is filled with instagram worthy backgrounds for cute photo-ops for everyone! The drinks cost about $12, which aren't too expensive. The menu drinks are good but I highly recommend that you defer to the bartenders. Their drinks are tailored to each person and I think bette than the other drinks.

Would have been 4 stars if it wasn't for the long line. Atmosphere and music were fantastic. Drinks pretty reasonable price also. Saturday night was super busy but the line seemed to drag without grabbing the vip access.

Came for the three-course Dine Downtown Menu ($45/p) on Saturday, January 13th. I was able to snag a 7:15 PM reservation on the same day, woot!Upon arrival, the place wasn't very busy - mostly diners and regulars. I know this place pops off late-night on the weekends. Cool that little old Sac has some nightlife. I got seated in a half booth table. Opted to both sit on the booth side and look out at the downstairs area. There are huge concrete walls filled with graffiti, think I read somewhere that they left the walls as is after renovating the rest of the previous derelict building - neat. There is also a giant menu projected onto one of the main walls, although it is hard to make out the actual text. Ordered a few IPAs, wasn't blown away by the cocktail offerings. Service was attentive but the kitchen was behind and working out some kinks. The poor table next to use waited 30 mins btwn their first and second course. Clearly some communication breakdown, I felt bad for them.My first course was a significant wait but the next two course came back to back and it was smooth sailing. The kitchen hit it's groove. All of the courses were exceptional combinations for flavors and textures. First Course - Truffle Edamame - delicious, lots of umami from the mushroom dashi. The truffle didn't come through too strongly. The edamame filling was plentiful.Second Course - Surf & Turf - seared scallop, short-rib, oyster demi glace, dashi butternut squash puree, charred leeks. Side of tempura-style fried broccolini. Tender short rib and plump scallop. Both paired well with the squash, leek and broccolini. Portion didn't look big but it was a surprising amount of food.Third Course - Salted Egg Yolk Bread Pudding - this was a little too charred, still good though.

Tiger!! 2nd time coming here, the first time was for a YEE event. Stopped in Wednesday night after going to the Kings game. I got to say this seems like a spot I would have loved in my 20's. Now... not really my place. It was pretty dead besides for a few random tables that had bottle service. I had the "Light the Beam" drink. It was good but a little too sugary for me. The service was great. It was really nice to know that the kitchen was still open after the game so you had the option to order food if you wanted to. It's a cute bar that was all decked out in Christmas lights. I think if you wanted to super drink or dance this would be the place.

Such a delayed review. Came here for Happy hour after coming for a dine downtown event and was pleasantly surprised. Being honest the food at my previous visit did not leave me a desire to return but I am glad I did. The vibe was there, the service was stellar and the food was really good. Our order: -Fried rice which was so good and well seasoned -Fried chicken also well seasoned and crispy-Half off bottle of wine YES PLEASE!! Definitely worth a try at their happy hour pricing

This place is a lot of things. I always see it as a nightclub with lovely young people having a great time, and a place I'd never go to.I went for their dinner and comedy show and I had a great time. I wasn't sure what the scene would be but the service was quick, it came with a welcome drink, and I loved the shrimp A LOT. I would definitely do the dinner and show again. I can't imagine I'll ever go to the nightclub, but I appreciate that they have a variety of events and try new things.

On a girl's night out, our second stop was Tiger Restaurant and Lounge. We just came in for a drink or two, but they were having a private music event in the lounge area so we were confined to the upstairs bar. We didn't try any food, so this review cannot speak to that, but I was absolutely blown away by the prices of our drinks. We do still live in Sacramento, correct?! It was over $20 for cocktail (standard Moscow Mule). Maybe I have been out of the bar scene for a while but the last time I paid $20 or more for a cocktail was in Las Vegas or New York City. I never would have expected these types of prices in downtown Sacramento. The prices will definitely make me think twice before coming back
