Great people!Everything is good with ample portions.Unless most Chinese restaurantsn, they give you options upon options for Preparation and substitutions!Eating here several times and never been disappointed.

The Wok was a pleasant surprise. The menu has something for everyone and is massive. I opted for the general tso chicken lunch special that comes with 2 sides and soup for $14.xx. A good deal for the amount of food you get. The chicken were huge chunks and sauce was tangy/sweet. The steamed veggies were nice. Service was friendly and nice. Parking lot

It was great!I am always looking for great Chinese food and found another spot around the Arden Area in Sacramento, flavorful Chinese food with a cool vibe, it's called The Wok! We ordered the bowl option with General Chicken and chow mein, and another combination platter with garlic chicken, chow mein, a pot sticker, and hot and sour soup. It was so good and so tasty!The chicken was perfectly crispy, with plenty of flavor, generous portions and had that delicious charred, high-heat taste that makes you feel like it just came straight out of the wok. The chow mein was savory, with a nice balance of noodles and veggies, and the hot and sour soup was a little tangy to my liking.The counter person was amazing, so friendly and attentive! Since we decided to eat there, they checked on us often. The restaurant itself is small but clean and welcoming. Seemed like they were busy with to go orders. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever on this side of town. Highly recommend!

Ordered from here via door dash. Salt n pepper tempura green beans were soggy and saturated with so much oil. Not sure if the oil made it soggy or the condensation from being in a container with no vents to let out the moisture. Tried revamping it in the air fryer but it was very oily/greasy that it couldn't crisp. Most likely won't order this item again. The Kung Pao Tofu combo plate wasn't bad, included fresh vegetables & fried rice and small soup- good value.

I stopped by The Wok last night after driving past a few times and one night on the way home I figured I'd give them a try. I stopped in looked at the menu and decided on the combination platter plate I ordered orange chicken, vegetable chow mein, potsticker and wonton soup. I also ordered cream cheese wonton and Wor wonton soup. The prices are a little on the higher but the portions are huge I will say. The inside it's cute and cozy there are a few table were you can sit down and enjoy your meal. The service was pretty fast. I don't remember being greeter but asked if I am ready to order. I received my food to go the young lady that handed my my order not the one who took my order was super friendly though and I appreciate it. I Wor wonton soup I thought wouldn't be flavorful or good based on how clear the r broth looked, but baby when I tell you I about choked scarfing it down it was so delicious my goodness. The cream cheese wonton had the perfect crispness from the wonton and a nice chew from the cream cheese in the middle I had wished I made another order and I love the fact it doesn't have that imitation crab in it. You don't even need the sweet and sour sauce to dip it in, it's that good alone. Now to the Combination platter. The wonton soup fantastic and flavorful. The potsticker crispy and delicious wish I ordered a side of it. The vegetable chow mein was decent, I wish it had most flavor the veggies on it were good and the perfect crunch to it. The orange chicken I absolutely did not like at all. It didn't taste like orange chicken at all it taste like straight up soy sauce. It's so salty I unfortunately couldn't eat it, what a waste. I really love orange chicken and they missed the mark on this one. Hence, the overall 3 star review, I will definitely cone back to try other menu item as the other food is had is good don't get me wrong. Please check out The Wok! It worth it. SYOY! :)

WOW!!! This place just opened and is such a great addition to the area! All their food is delicious, fair priced, and big portioned! We ordered the hot and sour soup, salt and pepper tofu, salt and pepper pork spare ribs, beef chow fun, and wonton soup, and also the hunan beef. Everything was cooked to perfection. Let me tell you about this Hunan beef...full of flavor, delicious crispy burnt edges, tender, and absolutely fresh off the wok. I love it so much I'm still dreaming about it! Highly recommend everyone try this dish! This place is mostly meant for take out so there is only a few small tables indoors and two outdoors, I'd say if you can grab a seat, eat that food fresh because it is SO SO good!! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind! Can't wait to come back!

Good location with even better service. Walked in for the first time recently. Person there was super helpful on how the store works and their food details. My order of Mushroom Chicken and Chicken Chow Mein was made quickly. Took it home and it was plenty for three meals for me. There is some table seating inside and parking easy in the lot. Clean and inviting inside. All that added up, I'll be back for more!

Great place to pick up a quick bite. Fast and friendly service. This place is mostly for take out. You order at the counter and they cook your food fresh. When we received our order, it was all packed up and ready to go, and the to go boxes were hot (that's how you know they made it fresh!).They do have a few small tables in case you want to eat there.Since the place is new, we ordered a few dishes to try. I would recommend:- Beef Chow Fun (dry style)- Chow mein- Mongolian Beef- Salt and Pepper Chicken I learned later that items on the menu are in RED if spicy, but can be changed to non-spicy upon request (wish I had read the menu thoroughly and saw that before we ordered :D)Located next to Jimboys with a parking lot.

I've been waiting for a top notch Chinese restaurant in the Arden area. Actually the greater Sacramento area. For years. Fats is very good, but very expensive (and almost criminally so on DoorDash).First try with an impromptu, big DoorDash order last night and every item was absolutely nailed. Fresh, hot, great flavors and big portions. Very fairly priced. I have high standards and The Wok delighted my palate, filled my belly, and warmed my soul. Cheers to the staff and management. We will be back!
