Review #501Came here to see a local art exhibit for youth prevention. It was super cool to see how the space was utilized. It was very spacious and had a clean chic and new layout to it. When you first walk in there's lots of local vendors in the Sacramento area promoting their goods and services. After that you walk through the corridor and see lots of local artist work and exhibits. There are days they're doing live demonstrations as well as live music and they had a cool raffle. There also was lots of food given away like a charcuterie cup, cheesecake and a lot of mixologist non-alcoholic of course. Overall it was a fun event and it's really cool to see what the inside looks like a great opportunity for our youth

The Urban Hive is an awesome co-work space with nice and friendly staff, it's always clean with great vibes and they've done a great job at building community here. The art is eclectic and ever changing, much like the art scene in Sac and the AC is always up and running, making for a great work environment. Definitely check it out if you're looking for great co-work space.

The definitive solution to entrepreneurship and creative spaces for community business and economic growth. I think every city should welcome and support this leader in the professional share space concept. The Urban Hive is the choice location for Big City Nites Sacramento operations and training courses since it is centrally located, complete in support resources for a business whether new and small or established and growing, and inspiring creatively which helps keep productivity robust.

I'm a coworker at The Urban Hive, and couldn't love where I work more - it's such a collaborative, creative space. It's perfect for anyone who has possibly been confined to a home office or working in coffee shops. Having access to conference rooms to meet with clients, and a laid-back creative environment has been great. On numerous occasions, I've been stuck on a project, and coworkers have stepped in and helped out. With such a variety of creative professionals, a lot of collaboration goes on. It's a great space and an awesome place to work.In addition to the coworking space, we have the Sacramento art co-op: Vox. It's great having local artists around, and being able to showcase their work. Come by and check out our art, coworking space and our awesome organic coffee. :)

My shared office experience is limited to WeWork which is fabulous. BUT Urban Hive is awesome. What a great vibe...artwork + great WiFi + coffee/tea/fruit. If you're looking for a quiet place to hunker down with your MacBook, this place is for you!

Despite not being a member, Brandon and Janna make me feel like an honorary member. The space they have created has become one of the hubs and high points of Sacramento: building community, fostering creativity and collaboration ... and serving up the best coffee and warm fuzzy feelings around town!Brandon is just one of those guys who always has a smile for you and you're compelled to give him a big 'ol bear hug. There are a dozen nooks and crannies to go get your work on and the music here is always varied and groovin. I think right now they have some kind of a deal where if you sign up for 6 months, you only pay $95 per month. That's amazing. If all of this isn't enough, stop by to check out the art--which changes every month. Right now my favorite collection is Binary Dreams by Amy Fort. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jnoriko/4107474366/Old motherboards have overgrown foliage made of clay or resin(?) and all-knowing third eyes stare out at you from behind the nature vs. technology landscape. Who will win? Or will the two make some kind of sprite-like robot love child?!

How cool is this place? Rarely do I find an art gallery that is young, hip and modern instead of old, stuffy and snobby. Art galleries for me are all about the atmosphere and rarely about the art, but even the creativity on the walls impressed me. This is a long, beautiful brick-walled space that is perfect for events from private parties to weddings to wedding receptions. My fiancee and I came here for the first time looking for a wedding venue. I know I'll take advantage of this place when I can ever afford it!

The AC went out in the space the day of our event and the event coordinator was completely rude throughout our entire event planning. They refused to set up as a vendor for us to pay via check and then tried to charge us as a last minute reservation because they didn't receive the deposit (which we ended up having to pay via credit card bc they never registered). It is now two months after the event and the deposit has not been returned to the card they charged. Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere.
