The Trax Taproom and kitchen

As soon as we walked in it felt like a neighborhood hangout. We were greeted right away and looked at the food menu and beer menu. They also offer cocktails. You have to go up to the bar to order food and drink. Julia helped us with our order.They have a pool table and lots of TVs to watch sports. You can sit at any open table or at the bar.We ordered a couple of beers and the Roseville Rolls and Cheesy Garlic Bread. The bartender brought the food to our table. The rolls were tasty but the Cheesy Garlic Bread was more like a flatbread not the French Bread style we like. I also tried the Screw This cocktail. It was tasty but not the flavors I thought it would be.While sitting there several families came in and sat down. Feels very family friendly. There is also a small outdoor area to relax.

Trax never disappoints. Akmal special (Pesto Chicken flatbread) with a cold Feather Falls Dancing Trees Hefeweizen was fire!!! Wife loved the Chef Special Paddy Melt Sliders.Thank you Karlet and staff, see you next time.

I'm hooked, great food, great beer selection. After moving into the area, I had to try this place and once I did, I couldn't stop coming back.

Fried pickles. French fries. Mac n cheese. Cobb salad. All delicious. Cute setting. Friendly staff. Lights were a little brighter than I care for and the music was pretty loud, but it was festive and the food was tasty!

The Trax Taproom and Kitchen is a fun place to chill and to eat. I specifically went for the Open Mic Night on Mondays hosted by CJ Washington and Devin Wright for Motiv Local Live Music. Those two are my favorite local band. I was so impressed by everyone's singing and instrument playing abilities. No one had stage fright. They just confidently perform. Seth Kaminsky was also there to perform 2 new songs. Other singer-musicians included Nikki, Larry, Todd, Charlie, and more. David Albertson from my other favorite local band, The Albertson Duo, also can show up for Open Mic Night.Recommended by the owner, the Conductor Sliders are 2 mini cheeseburgers with arugula and paprika seasoned fries. Burgers were yummy and tender topped with melted cheese and grilled onions.The Trax tacos are fully loaded with chicken, pickled red onions, tomato chunks, and paprika crema wrapped in a cheese fried tortilla. You get 3 in an order.$1 off beer during Happy Hour 4-6 PM every day. Beer is served in 10 oz and 16 oz size glasses. Owner was kind enough to let me taste 2 beers before deciding on #25 Hemly Cider Pink Lady. You can also order a flight of beers for $14.I didn't see any dessert on the menu, but I spotted Flores gummy fruity candies for sale.I think I found my hangout spot! This is a consistent favorite of ours. We love the variety of drinks on tap and we always get the pretzel plate. We don't eat meat, but they always have a great vegetarian option.

Great selection of beer and service was great super friendly. Place was clean and well lit. Good music but not so loud you couldn't hold a conversation. Board games and pool table available. Nice bottled/canned beer selection as well as many on tap. We'll be back.

We popped in during Roseville family fest to escape the heat. They were understaffed for how busy they were because of the festival - that being said, they didn't miss a beat! They were up front and honest that the food may take a while but the drinks would be quick and keep flowing. Despite the rush- our drinks, service and surprisingly the food were ALL super fast, and delicious!!!! They had 30 beers on tap, a wine menu, and an assortment of appetizer or bar bites vibe food that all sounded delicious. I originally wanted the Mac and cheese balls or apple Gouda flatbread- but since they were out of those I got the ahi nachos and they were really good. Also tried the pickle chips and those were to die for. Excellent service, good drinks, great food. What more can you ask for. We'll be back Trax!

Found this place after searching for nearby taprooms. It used to be a different restaurant so we found it easily in downtown Roseville on Vernon. It was early when we went in (around 4pm) so we had most of the place to ourselves but it filled up quick! Hubby and I both got a tasting flight. I really love being able to do this. You get a good taste of 6 different beers, ciders, or hard seltzers. We both found one in our flight we really enjoyed and ordered one to drink with our snack. We ordered the tot-chos and the soft pretzel to share. People, have you had peanut butter sauce with your soft pretzel? OMG. Sounded weird but was easily my favorite thing we ate. The tot-chos we not my fav but I'm not a bbq sauce fan, if you are you'll love these. All in all, really loved the location, atmosphere and the huge selection of beers on tap. Definitely going back!

No table service. Food was subpar. Fill your own water at the bar and order there. Then ask for 18-25% tip at the end!
