The Spot is a really good place for tumbling and gymnastics. I go there for open gym on Saturdays, and every time I go I forget how to do my back-handspring, but when I asked Mr. Blue for help, he spots and it's like magic! When he spots me over and over again, I'm able to do a back handspring by myself! They are trained very well, and I totally recommend to take your child here for open gym!

We went here for a birthday invite. It was our first time. Didn't really like the smell inside, like feet that has athlete's foot. They only had a small area for the eating area because mostly its the gymnastic stuff.

Just throwing out a recommendation for the toddler class on Saturdays. Ariel is amazing. Our daughter adores her. She refers to the spot as "Ms. Ariel's house" and she's out of her mind excited to go every week.

I have taking my daughter here for years. The instructors know what they are doing. I appreciate the way that they continue challenge her skill set. As long as my daughter wants Cheer and tumble I will not take her anywhere else.

If I could give ZERO stars it would be well deserved. My young girl was personally invited to attend OPEN GYM, only to be bullied by an adult male instructor who continually verbally attacked her. She and another athlete were practicing a partner stunt and the athlete sat down on her. She was unable to save the stunt and both kids fell on their bottoms then laughed. The male instructor came later to yell at her in front of everyone attending, in such a manner even the other child (who also did nothing wrong) was apologizing to my child thinking she somehow got my child in this situation. When I arrive, this grown male adult is RUNNING to me like a tattling toddler exclaiming "there's two sides to every story!" Keep in mind I haven't even said anything to him at this point, he's just running to me to tell me his version already implying that my kid is not telling the truth. He then proceeds to justify his behavior by blaming my kid for "dropping a flyer." When I tell you the video is as contrary to his description as it gets, I mean, he couldn't be more wrong. He accused my kid of dropping someone on their back - WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. Between his delayed response and his completely inaccurate description of what happened, it makes me wonder if he even witnessed it at all, and wasn't just yelling at her because someone simply said "she dropped the stunt." Here's the common sense part. It's an OPEN GYM. You watched them stunt over and over 6-7 times before this one fell. If your big justification is that they should have had a spot, where were YOU? Doesn't your shirt say in BIG BOLD LETTERS "I SPOT!" And why, if what they did was so bad did it take 6-7x and someone to fall for there to be a problem? The truth? Neither of the kids who paid to attend did anything wrong. You didn't do your job. Something you advertise in your own business name. With all the challenges kids are up against these days, and the suicide rate being so astronomical, people in positions to provide activities for kids should be mindful of their impact. My kid left feeling completely belittled, degraded and defamed by all of his nasty looks and comments while he stood staring down at her sitting on the floor. Picture that. A full grown man who is supposed to be teaching and building confidence, instead shredding your child's dignity for him not doing what he was paid to do. Be careful who you trust your kids with. This mentality and treatment is completely destructive and unacceptable - ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH PAYING FOR.

A few years ago, I wanted to start dancing for the first time, but I thought I was too old, and didn't have the experience as most dancers have by starting so young. I came across The Spot and loved it! Although it's mainly a gymnastics and tumbling place, they provide a small dance studio taught by fun and friendly teachers! I always had a great time learning a variety of different styles of dance (hip hop, jazz, ballet, contemporary). Haylee (owner) is a great instructor and challenges all her students in the best way possible. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

I really had high hopes for this gym. They return text when members are interested, but once your in they really could careless. My daughter had been attending the gym for almost 2 months. The instructor our daughter had was amazing. However, the only way you could pay for monthly tuition is by cash or check inside the gym. It's 2023 why don't they have a online payment portal? On the day tuition was due I texted the number asking if I could pay online, even though on the website states they have bill pay. I finally got a response back a few days later telling me they that they did not have one and asking me to pay the monthly tuition $70 (March) plus the upcoming month of April $70 (April) totaling $140 as a "late fee". They were pretty much penalizing me for being late when they were the ones not responding back to me on the day the money was due. On top of that I asked them on a separate occasion to do a makeup class for my daughter since she was out sick one week, never did they actually acknowledge me regarding it nor followed up after I gave them dates we could do a makeup. (We've paid)Month 1: $70/$70 for first and last + $30 for the initiation fee. Totaling $175.00Month 2 $70 Month 3 was asked to pay $70/$70 Asking families to pay $400+ with this type of customer service is a joke! Mind you it's only 4 classes a month.. do better

They don't seem to want more business, they don't answer their texts or return calls. Says a lot about the owners and the business itself!
