The Popcorn Store

Walked in the Popcorn Store for the first time since being in Elk Grove 10 months. Have passed this store too many times. Today, David assisted with the delicious taste of their classic Gourmet White. The service was great. They have samples to taste. The smell upon walking in the store is amazing with a great ambiance.

We went there because we were at another restaurant and saw it in the parking lot. Not sure of making it as a popcorn only store. The prices are a little high since you can make the stuff on your own pretty much. The place inside is decorated nicely and the lady was very nice. We got he kettle corn since I love it the best. They even had the old popcorn I use to get at the zoo. Pink popcorn. Pretty cool . We had the kettle corn at home and it was fresh and yummy. 7.50 for a small bag. The parking in this lot is pretty horrible, with all the other places in here.

After dinner we walked by the Popcorn Store. We decided to go in and take a look. We looked around and decided to try some. We bought a bag of Kettle Corn, which was a little pricey for a small little bag, $7.50. The kettle corn was good, but pricey. They have a lot of different flavors of popcorn, like cheese, caramel, plain, some gourmet flavors. The store was nicely decorated. It was fun looking around.

I tasted a variety of flavors in preparation for a large party. The plain popcorn is seasoned perfectly but if you're looking to impress, there are some spectacular flavors. My favorites included the churro flavor, Cinnabon was like a dessert, the white cheddar with garlic was so savory but for some reason the kernels are broken down to smaller pieces. I also love the cheddar cheese but with a big party it can be messy (like Cheetos). I'll be back to make a large order in a few weeks and will update my review at that time.

We spotted this place during a roadtrip, and were super excited to try it. Unfortunately, it was underwhelming. We got a bag of the caramel popcorn and the "Chicago style." The caramel had a weird (or at least unexpected), almost vanilla taste. And both varieties seemed to be just turning stale and weren't very flavorful on top of that. On the plus side, the store was clean and bright, and the customer service was great!

I LOVE the popcorn store. They make delicious popcorn flavors. The staff is so sweet, helpful ,and quick. I love how the store is decorated as well..it's super cute. The Popcorn Store provides great popcorn gifts for any special occasion or holiday.

OK, I now get the hype. The popcorn was delicious (I got the cheddar and kettle corn), the price very reasonable, the store was set up well and of course smelled amazing - and I received excellent customer service to boot. My husband and I own the bike shop in the same shopping center and I'm afraid I'm going to be going back quite a bit.

Great popcorn. Friendly people. I recommend calling if you are making large orders. I wouldn't reach out from their website messaging.

service was subpar, the popcorn was just okay, and the selection was decent but overpriced. I paid $24 for two (medium) bags which was still crazy even if it's gourmet popcorn.

was our first visit today, took my 2 daughters and the staff was incredibly friendly and allowed them to try a bunch of different flavors to make sure they liked what they got. ended up walking out with 4 bags of popcorn haha. cinnabon, double drizzle (their favorite), cookies and cream (second favorite), and caramel. will definitely be back
