Breakfast burritos were pretty good compared to the others at the farmers market. They had a good amount of meat and sauce, plus everything was dispersed so you got a bite of everything in it. I believe my husband got the pork belly in his burrito. Was a satisfying amount of food $8I got 2 meats- sausage and bacon. $10. Everything was cooked and seasoned well. You could tell it was chopped breakfast sausage and bacon was crispy. The price was very fair for the size burrito you got. I'm shocked how expensive the burritos are at the other food trucks at the midtown farmers market and you get about half the amount you do at the pop up truck. Will definitely come again. Looking forward to some of their other menu items.

This was my first time trying the Sac Pop Up Truck. I decided to check it out when it popped up at the Midtown Farmers Market. They offer an interesting selecting of breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and a tasty sounding burger. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito which the staff prepared quickly. It was packed with chorizo, eggs, potatoes, and had some serious heft to it. Everything was cooked well, evenly distributed, and smothered in a delicious sauce. The the chorizo was spicy and eggs were fluffy, but the potatoes were what was really pop'n! They were chunky, crisp, and had a nice earthy flavor to them. It was some seriously good eat'n!My burrito didn't look very big at first, but it was very filling. I was so full afterward, I thought my buttons might pop!

I just had the best veggie (quinoa base) burger I've ever had from a food truck. We've been wanting to go to Bike Dog Brewery for SO long after hearing about it from friends and the seeing the famous logo over time, we decided to make a trip out of it! Lucky for us, The Pop Up Truck was perched outside their front door. We loved everything about the food truck from the awesome guy who was our cashier, to the beautiful flavors of the burger and complimentary potato chips. As a burger lover who is pescatarian, I'd like to warmly request an ahi burger or a fish option perhaps! Also, the option to get fries would be AWESOME. I'm not a big fan of chips with my burger...but fries seal the deal for me. Also, maybe including packets of ketchup upon delivery of the tray (we were lucky and got our trays hand-delivered to us inside the brewery) would help us out a lot as customers. As a lazy eater, I wasn't bothered enough to walk out and grab some ketchup after I got my food delivered to me--which was very sweet, thank you guys!Anyways, in all...great truck menu, fantastic flavors and quality of burger (AND all those other veggies included yum!), and hospitable service. Hope to see you there next time I'm at Bike Dog.

I just had the most AHHMAZZZING burger from this food truck parked outside of Track 7 Brewing Co. in the Nat. I was mulling over their burger menu and saw that they had a PB&J burger... yes that's right... PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY. It also had bacon and cheese in it. I was reeeeeaaaally skeptical about it but by some wicked magic the flavor combination was bang on. Unbelievable. From the perfectly cooked medium patty to the crisp bacon... I loved it.Do yourself a favor and check it out!!!

Visited Pop Up Truck at NeighborGood Market in EG. I was very excited to give their Ramen burrito a try, but sorry to say I was super disappointed. Ordered the OG....ugh, literally nothing but noodles and tortilla. Ten bucks and four bites filled me for three days just with the carbs alone, thus the 2 stars. So, it was filling, just not a "complete" burrito overall. Maybe they were low on supplies...maybe my expectations were just a bit high, I don't know, but it was not anything close to what I expected. A couple bites lower into the burrito there was an egg, unfortunately, I just couldn't stomach much more.

My friend and I visited Foodieland this weekend in Berkeley, CA where we tried a bunch of different food trucks/vendors. One of the stops included here "The Pop-Up Truck" From Sac. What caught our attention was the featured item "Ramen Burritos!" We've never tried this before so we decided to share the "Gordon Ramsey" Spicy Ramen Burrito and it was amazing! I love the fried egg with the noodles, a perfect combo. Though, IMHO the noodles were a Lil on the sweet side. For our first experience we enjoyed it very much and recommend it.

Amazing burger - but I'm from the western slope sticks. Not familiar with ALL burger trucks - but I was pleasantly impressed. Super juicy and slightly oversized - fantastic work in my book

I polished off a gooey swiss and mushroom burger a couple hour ago and I am still thinking about it. The Pop Up Truck popped up outside of Track7 - Curtis Park tonight. I gave it a shot not really craving a burger. Now I sit hear thinking about that burger. Great tasting ingredients and well cooked meat nestled between on a fresh chewy bun. Their burgers sit around $8 or $9 with house made chips. I apologize to America for being bored with burgers and hoping the truck had Thai food or something.

The sandwiches were good, too messy for a farmers market without providing a standing table to eat at. The price is fair for the sandwich itself however the wait time was unreal. We waited 45 minutes for our food, the people in front of us as well.
