Phoenix Loft is a wonderful school for experts and beginners. Formally Rebel Aerial, the owner and team are doing amazing work expanding their services. Even when managing growing pains, Kat takes the time to answer student questions regarding classes, scheduling and services. Her ambition is inspiring and she is surrounded by an wonderful team of teachers including, but not limited to, Monica, Arial and Julien. As written in my former reviews for Rebel Aerial, the teacher Monica is intuitive and supportive. She did a wonderful job teaching private classes for my daughter. And as my teacher she is just as tuned in to our needs. Arial is positive and encouraging with hammock (I have not taken her hoop class yet, but I'm sure its is just as good)And Julien is direct and clear with her instruction for silks. Kat as teacher is tough yet encouraging. I know I'll have a good workout with her as coach. I'm midlife postpartum and not *at all* athletic. While I'm active (hiking, and walk-and-talks) I never played team sports or any sport. But approaching 40 I decided to improve my strength while I still have my youth. Free weights is fine, but became a little dull after a year. Circus arts seemed to be an interesting extension of free weights. And it has been a game changer. Weird ailments with my posture and joints, both signs of aging, has improved in unexpected ways. I have become surprisingly strong and agile. While every person's experience may be different, most people I take class with agree: aerial arts is fun and addicting. With new classes for yoga and acro fitness, Phoenix Loft offers a lot in a shinny new location.
