The Officer's Club

During a weekend stay(6/30/23-7/2/23) @ LionsGate Hotel , I got the pleasure on dining in The Officers Club. I was only there for breakfast both days and loved it! All staff were courteous, professional, patient & very helpful! The dining room was set up buffet style ( breakfast) and it was great! Choices of hot/cold food items made my day! I ate bacon, biscuits w/ SOS , fresh fruit & washed it down w/ Oj & hot tea( meal included w/ room stay). Had a very Gm good stay & great breakfast! The Officers Club gave me feelings of nostalgia w/ that great breakfast feast! I give you !!!

I will definitely be going back for the food. The service was friendly and fast I like that I can sit outside on the patio as well. They have a full bar and wine from Sonoma/Napa.

My service dog and I frequent the O'Club on a regular basis and this place is amazing. The food is good, drinks are good but what I love best are the waitresses in the afternoon! The girls are amazing and it's like the 80's movie Cheers where everyone knows your name! They recently hooked me up by setting up a beautiful display for my staff and I and easily served over 15 people quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love this place. Very homey! Thanks guys!

Hidden gem. Quality food and great service. The burger was amazing. As well as the Brussel sprouts.

Just had my official wedding reception here a few days ago and everything went really smooth , worked with the catering manager Alicia and she's very detailed oriented, answers all of my 101 questions every time I email or talk to her , the staff was great our food was great ! This place is a hidden gem it is located at the old McClellan air base . It's very historic but a little decorations to dress it up works . The patio outside is roomy cute and has very outdoorsy vibe not to mention the affordable price for it . They do allow you to bring outside wine with a corkage fee . It was a very hot day so we had dinner inside the smaller club room which fits my guest comfortably then we had dancing outside once it cooled off which worked out perfectly . Overall I was very happy and I believe my guests had a blast here . I recommend it if your on a budget.This worked really well for us ! Thanks again guys! Seriously the best day ever!

Overcapacity & understaffed, absolutely horrid. the white bartender is God sent for his dedication time patience & communication. "Grown folks" forget Covid procedures & when you're doing the best you could. I hope he sleeps well with a full stomach. Money ain't everything . Stop capacity next time. To help support staff No one likes a drunk complainer thet can't afford their drink. See ya elsewhere extensive

Always likes this Officer's Club even before the remodel. It has always had a certain charm to it. Enjoy coming here for an afternoon libation with the best friend after work. Service has always been great, drinks help a rough day seem better and the appetizers and entrees satisfy. This last visit we enjoyed their Pineapple Upside Down Cake martini, Manhattan and a brown sugar old fashioned along with breaded calamari and prosciutto wrapped grilled asparagus. The asparagus was good with the exception of a heavily salted Black Forest ham that was wrapped around the asparagus and not prosciutto. That was a disappointment to see and taste. Overall though, always a great way to wind down especially when Connie is your server and Donny tending bar.

Best fish and fries I have ever had for $20! Good to go place because its quick and you can pick up your food at the bar.

Best place in Highlands hands down if you haven't been here then you haven't treated yourself great menu friendly staff, and always a great meal.

Great hidden gem. The burgers are very good. They do need more staff to open back up on the weekends. Big suggestion! This was an officers club, NO HATS IN DOORS! Customers need to have some respect...
