The Mini Donut Shack

It was a fun surprise after seeing the holiday lights at the Folsom Zoo. We bought one dozen, half with pumpkin sugar and the other half with cinnamon sugar. They also had a wide variety of glaze choices, but we stuck with the flavored sugar. These were made to order and were hot upon arrival. We paid $9.00 for one dozen. Not bad for a quick treat on a cold evening.

The Mini Donut Shack food truck was at a local neighborhood event that I attended. The mini donuts were fabulous. They were fresh made, served hot. Those cakey like donuts with a slight crunchy exterior had a tasty vanilla flavor. I bought half a dozen with a chocolate glaze topping $5. But my order came out a bit heavy handed, with additional donuts joining the party. Yay. The glaze was drizzled over the donuts. It had a nice consistency and hardened a bit which is perfect for donuts. Also the glaze was not overly sweet. Mmm. They provide a fork so you can go to town on the donuts. The woman taking orders was terrific. She had a contagious upbeat personality. I had a couple left over donuts and set them aside due a few hours, when I got back to 'em, they were just as tasty with the glaze set up. The menu variety and pricing were not bad at all. If I see this food truck around again, I'm beelining to it.

HORRIBLE. Stood in line for 35 minutes and right when I got to the window I was told no more orders. Not told while I was in line but when I got to the window. These people will never get my service, they were so disrespecful and rude.

Food in the Hood - WestPark Wednesday [Roseville]Similar to the other dessert food truck that came to our hood recently, Mini Donut Shack was just as yummy! The mini donuts are their main sell but they also offer chocolate dipped ice cream bars and different beverages including 8 flavors of lemonade, coffee, sweet tea and Arnold Palmer. So many toppings to choose from between sugars and glazes... I got a dozen mini donuts, 6 with Nutella topping and the other half dozen with powder sugar. I shared this dessert with my daughter. My eldest is like me... she loves her sweets. The delicious, warm, freshly glazed, pillow soft donuts made our tastebuds happy! This place is soooo good. Mini donuts. I got a dozen for myself and a coworker got me another dozen. I'm obsessed. They are perfect.

The powdered mini donuts were excellent at the Folsom zoo!! Friendly staff, fast service and was a fun addition to our time at the zoo.

Super friendly service! They are more than doughnuts too! Tried a few different flavors of the doughnuts and loved them all! Highly recommend for your next event they would be a hit for any event!
