Coffee and waffles are as advertised! Tiny location with only a few parking spots. We ordered a mocha, chai and a regular waffle and enjoyed all three a lot.Good outdoor seating with limited indoor seating. Also would be fun to stop on a walk/bike ride from the trail. Only qualm was prices weren't updated and was getting charged more since the signs weren't updated. More like 4.5 for me.

3.5 stars. Nice menu selection and good service. Limited seating inside but more seating outside.I respect that they offer housemade Chai, although I found it to be just a touch too bitter for my preference. Waffle was very light. Maple Syrup was cold which kinda contrasted with the warm waffle. I think I would have preferred it warmed to match.Overall, pretty good coffeeshop. I'd go again.

Overall? 5/5, I personally love this location. I think they consistently make great coffee with a recently revamped seasonal menu with a select variety of bakery items. I like that they offer both matcha and espresso tonic options on their menu which can be a bit of a rarity. Fast service and minimalist ambiance aim for a relaxed yet lively feelThey offer limited indoor and a nice back patio for outdoor seating. Love this place! The tea lattes are good, and it's great they source their own matcha. The waffles are also freshly made and so delicious. They have a great crisp on the outside and are still fluffy inside. I didn't even need any of the syrup or jam because they are the perfect accompaniment to a latte on their own. The back patio is also such a great spot to spend time. I got here on a rainy day and was able to enjoy a lovely experience outdoors in the rain because their covered patio is the perfect spot to enjoy your tea time in fresh air in any weather!

Stopped by for a quick coffee and it did not disappoint! I ordered the iced vanilla latte, half sweet along with a waffle and jam. Good espresso and creamy body, not too watered down like some iced lattes are. The shop is tiny but very cute and clean. They have a variety of coffee beans and teas. Parking situation is a little difficult; there's 2 street spots in the front and a small narrow lot. I would absolutely come back or try the midtown location.

The one thing I always suggest when you go here is the waffles. They are the best thing I've ever ate. The service is always fast and the workers are always so nice. I love how it's close to Sac State and how I can get a quick coffee before class. The ambience is so nice.

My friend and I had their iced teas and they were alright. The service was okay but also might have been bc she seemed like a semi-new barista. Limited seating.

I love The Mill and have been here many time in the past few years . Consistency is key to all great establishments and the people at The Mill know what they are doing ! I know what to expect when I walk through the doors. I usually order a cappuccino or a latte with their in house made vanilla syrup if I'm feeling extra indulgent. Both are made with expertise . Flavors are always well balanced, temperature and milk texture are perfect.The space is TINY. Very cozy inside with a few counter seats and some outdoor seating as well. Walkable to sac state . Friendly staff. This place is a win win for Sacramento!

Worth the stop! This little cafe has amazing lattes. We got the wildwood latte and vanilla latte. Both flavorful and very creamy. The waffle in hand with syrup was the perfect combination of crunchy and light. The location has limited parking but overall great first experience and will be back again.

Tiny shop. Cute inside, but gets packed if there's any more than 3 people waiting to order. No where to wait and gets a little awkward! Wish they'd move the pickup bar to the left atleast so you wouldn't have to walk in between the person ordering and the next person in line. Just a very weird layout. Staff was very friendly. Coffee was expensive but just okay. Hate when coffee isn't hot, and my latte was warm, not hot. The vegan spice coffee cake was a pass. The cream on top felt oily? Just a weird consistency.
