This was walking distance from the hotel. Nice place, it's part of the casino. Bartender was great, decent happy hour specials, and the food was good.

Came here yesterday for some lunch and football around noon. Ambiance - it was pretty quiet and laidback. Bar area was kinda dim. Food - got the Diablo sliders. Fries and a mimosa. Sliders was delicious. Juicy. Melted cheese and that habanero kick. It was definitely worth it. Mimosa was standard good. All of this would amount to a 4 stars maybe even 5. The big drop is because of the terrible bartender. I didn't get his name. Younger male. I want to say in his 20s. Light colored hair. He spent more time flirting and joking with one of the female patron. I assume she's a regular since he knows her by name. He barely came around to check in. Refill water. I didn't get utensils till my food arrived. Like 10min after I ordered. Then he started telling loudly about an incident that occurred recently. He said something like a guy fell and hit his head. Was bleeding. And he tried to call 911 but the phone at the bar doesn't work for some reason. And then complained that when emergency crew arrived. They were nonchalant and not rushing. He emphasized that the person was turning blue. Here's the thing. A patron talking like this. Sure. Customers go to bars to vent sometimes. It's expected. But this wasn't that. Why is the bartender venting while working? And not to mention talking about injuries and blood while people are eating. Seriously lacking professionalism and etiquette. Makes for a really poor experience.

Service is less than acceptable. The server/bartender saw we came in and sat down in the bar area. There were only 3 gentlemen at the bar and jo one else in the area. Dining area was closed and gaming area had roughly 5 people (slow dY)We were never greeted and after about 10 mins we decided we were not welcome.As we walked out, the server said "have a nice day"I will never come back do not recommend this establishment at all.

Love this place. There is always seating available. And the food is very good and prepared when you order it. No, seriously the food is really good. Everything I've had has been good. My fav is the grilled cheese with clam chowder. I can't believe we just now started frequenting The LGreat spot for us locals and open later than most places in Rancho.

I went here to go to The place where I had the first date with my girlfriend.There are never a lot of people in the dining room so no need for reservations. My girlfriend and I are both diabetic so we like the steak.The Lodge is mainly a casino, but has sentimental value for me.The steak is not bad, the service however is excellent so I would recommend it. The price is a little high for what you get but not considering today's market.

It's always disappointing to walk in to a restaurant, be seen by the employees, and left to sit with no greeting or acknowledgement. We waited, and after 10 minutes of being ignored, we had to leave. In a despicable display of passive aggressive behavior, the employee who made eye contact several times wished us a good day. The laughter that came from the people sitting near the employee made her intent clear.

Amazing French dip and amazing people! Matty B is great behind the bar and the card room people are very kind. Austin and Jen were very nice! Definitely will come back in the future.

A group of us went in last night for dinner. A few of us got in early for drinks. We headed to the bar and all three staff were great! The waitress was super patient and nice. Thank you!I hade the prim rib and it was cooked right and so delicious. I couldn't finish it. We also got some appetizers, the sliders were delish! I didn't take pics of everything but here are two

Wish we knew about this place sooner... Service was good and the dining area was pleasantly mellow. As for the food? DELICIOUS! My husband and I both had steak dinners- he ordered the NY strip and I got the rib eye. We both asked for our steaks to be medium rare and they were cooked beautifully. For dessert, we had the creme brulee cheesecake which immediately became my favorite cheesecake ever. I even ordered one to-go. We'll definitely be back to try out other items on the menu! We left incredibly satisfied.

I had the French dip and a salad. Both were excellent! The salad was really big for a side salad and the French dip surprised me, since the place had average reviews. But this French dip deserved a mention. The horseradish sauce they made, so good. Bartender was helpful, good service and the ambiance was pretty good.
