The Lash Lounge

Really sweet staff whom are very warm and inviting but this is straight up robbery I'm sorry this is the same volume levels but at another salon for comparison. Also at lash lounge they all fell out the next day and my refills too. It seems to be a common problem according to the reviews, idk why they haven't changed their glue yet.

Terrible terrible place to do your lash done!!!! I came in because of the good reviews, but it was nothing like that. I had mine done last week and the lashes just fall off the second day, and because we travelled forThanksgiving I could not come back right away, so I called if they will fix it. She said they would but I have to pay another $80 on top of what I already paid, and charging $70 if I want half refill!!! Its just soooo disappointing cause they cost higher already than other salon but thought that they would do a better job and it was worst. never again.

Lidia is a fantastic Master Stylist. Perfect lashes every time! No clumping glue, perfect separation. People always ask if they are mine or extensions.Just love having them back.

The staff is friendly at every point of contact. The lash extensions have a light and undetectable feel; especially with glasses. I have only seen Lydia, but I sense there is a high salon standard.The lashes changed my everyday life, thank you!

I hate to do this, but I have to leave a review about the poor result I received from my recent lash lift. I've had 2 poor results ever since they introduced tint. I asked the Sr. Lash Artist about whether adding the tint affects the lift and she said, "yes, it's just the product they decided to use." So you know this product will lead to a poor lift, but you're still using it? Based on the cost and back to back poor results, I will be looking for a new place.

I had my lashes done for the first time yesterday with Charmaine. She was very professional, sweet and kind and explained everything about how to take care of them. I intend to go back to the Lash Lounge and get them refilled. I felt the salon was also clean and professional. I do hope they last for the full 2 weeks without a lot of fall out. I do intend to modify to a longer length and not quite as full when I get my first refill. I had originally thought I wanted just the classic look, but when I was there and looking at the pictures, I ended up with a hybrid which was more expensive, and I should have stuck with what I originally wanted.

So, I got my lashes done here for about 5 months. In the beginning it was fine, but around month 3 I started having nothing but issues. I would follow their recommended lash care protocol, yet their lashes kept falling out very rapidly. It did not matter if they were done by a normal tech or a master tech, they fell out regardless. They were accommodating enough to try and work with me on these issues, but I am convinced it was just their products at this point. It might be important for someone to know that their services are limited. If you want anything other than a normal lash (classic, hybrid, volume) then be prepared to pay extra fees. For example, I always wanted anime lashes, there was never anyone who could do them for me so instead they offered their "spiky" lashes as an equivalent. These extras are $30 each fill. Another note is if you like cluster lashes (like me), they no longer supply these. I was told it is because it's harder to take inventory for these types of lashes, which makes sense but for me this was just another reason to leave. Lastly, be skeptical of any place that has contract memberships. If you do not time your exit well (30 days ahead), you will be stuck with that final charge and you cannot use your points for any other services except for what that membership is for. For me, I basically gave them $200 for free and could not use my leftover points for any other service. I no longer wanted lashes at this point, so the points were left to expire. In conclusion, there are a lot of other places that do not do the contract thing, charge less, and can do more for you (or charge the same and no contract). My personal experience was not the best, and I regret spending my money here for these two big reason. It's just too much money to be having these issues and only getting limited style choices (unless you want to pay extra fees EACH time).

I hate leaving a bad review. I was really excited to get a lift to my lashes today. I used to do them all the time, but my girl moved so I thought I'd try here. I had gone once before and it was okay. I thought I'd try once more. This time it doesn't even look like I got a lift. $99 down the drain. I am very disappointed.
