Great Selection and very clean and neat. Very helpful and patient staff. So much to choose from i usually buy more than I came in for but that's what makes this shop so great! I adore the owner, Joy. She is amazing and is very talented as an artist and an educator. The shop is so pleasing to walk in to. Like Disneyland for hair extensions!

Stephy was so helpful!. This was my first time there today and I've been trying out synthetic hair and it's just a waste of $$ bc it tangles too much. They have majority of real human hair and that's what I was looking for. So soft!!. I'm new to the extension world and Stephy helped me matched my color and length. It was a little pricey , but a definitely an investment on this splurge bc of the quality of hair. See my photos! Going to wedding this weekend and it's perfect!

I went with her on her last trip and was impressed by the way the attentive staff worked with her, listened to her requests and made sure she got the exact product that was perfect for her. Staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. Got great quality extensions for my hair at a great price. Hopefully, they last a long time and I wont have to be back anytime soon, but I do recommend this place to all my friends, and if I ever need more or different types of hair I will definitely stop by here first.

I am a stylist, and this is my go to place for extensions. I've been doing extensions for 12 years now, and this is the best hair I have encountered period. I also love that there are so many colors and types of extensions to make things custom for my clients, and that I have a local place to purchase my hair.

Love this place! It's so Clean and Organized! I send my clients in who want clip in exts for fine hair. They have the best ones! The staff is very sweet and helpful. I love visiting just to see what they have that's new! It's for professionals only but the clip in hair she will help you match it to your hair and sell it to you. Very classy Professional Shop!

His is the worst quality hair I've ever had in my head. After one wash it felt worse than a synthetic wig.

Finally, there is a location close to me that I can walk in to get my clip in hair extension. I used to buy hair at the Los Angeles location when I travel there. I normally have my hair stylist install I tip extensions on me. When I have to travel a few months away for work, I will get clip in extensions. I love The 808 exclusive I-Tip hair. I have thin hair so 5 bundles is what I always need. My hair feels so natural. This is the best quality and lowest maintenance hair. I never have problems with it. The clip in hair was so nice and easy to clip in. I don't color the top of my hair. I just keep buying different ombré clip in extensions. This place is so clean and inviting. I wish I have a hair closet like this in my house. Love this place!

I've been going to salon bravissimo for over a decade now. When i first decided to go with extensions the hair shop wasn't there yet so my stylist had to order it. Kinda scary right? Not knowing exactly what its going to look like, feel like. I was blown away the first time i stepped into the new addition. I could touch everything! I've been using the products now for almost 2 years. Im on my 3rd set. Each one is slightly different ( a different person grew it! Its real human hair) but they all have lasted longer then average and that says allot because I'm not necessarily super nice to it either. I have learned its best not to color or lighten it so make sure when you choose the color its one that will blend with the rest of your hair. My stylist will tell me when I'm reaching too far outside my color wheel but that's because she's Emily and awesome. In the years I've been wearing extensions I've lost one or two but that's just because my husband got too excited and they just go right back in on the next rotation. Thanks to Emily and the hair shop my busted mom hair is gorgeous and nobody is the wiser.

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!THE ASIAN LADY IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!I went there yesterday to buy this tool that I needed for a client today. The women said I have the tool it's $140. I said the price online is $40. She said that's the wrong price that's the price for the old small one. I said NO MAM, you have 2 advertised online. 1 comes in a kit and the other is sold by itselfShe said to me "that's the old Price, I will have to call customer service and tell them to raise the prices"She told me to call customer service which I did I told them what she told me about raising the prices she laughed then said to me that Sacramento store is a franchise store and they don't honor the online prices that the other stores are brick and mortar store.I said to them if there q franchise then should have there own companies website and not be on the company's main siteCustomer service also told me that the company lowered all the prices of the tools.I will not be coming back here again or sending clients here ever again.There hair they sell is 808 hair that you can get at the Korean stores for half the price.I had 2 clients that spent about $2000 together on Hair it was no good at all. The packs are very small looks like 3oz packages of hair.
