Best Indian food in this part of town! I am not lying. I have tried many, but this place tops it. Walking in, the waiters are very my inviting and the tables are very comfortable. They probably have the softest most cushioned seats at the table. Very clean area . I ordered the cheese naan. This came out so soft and buttery! The cheese was a bit overcooked inside, so I probably won't order it next time because of how thin it is. I think I could do without. However, SO DELICIOUS. I then ordered the tikka masala. When I tell you this was AMAZING, I mean it. It has a rich gravy and the cubed chicken was cooked and soft with every bite. They give you enough pieces of meat in this dish. The gravy was very creamy and a little bit on the sweeter side. This food always comes out super hot and fresh! I would order this a million times if I could. Portions are okay!

The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Everything was seasoned perfectly. I asked for medium heat and it was just right. Our server and other employees that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly. The place has a nice family laid back family atmosphere. We live in the Pocket area and drove there looking for good Indian food and found it.

Pros: All the food we've ordered from here tastes great, and quality is generally high. Cons: Each time we've felt they have underfilled the containers. This last time I weighed the container and it was only 13.9 oz (not even tared). I know we're not the only people who've had this experience. Hopefully this business stops doing this. You shouldn't advertise the dishes as 16 ounces, then put noticeably less in the containers.

Our friend took us to The Grand Indian Cuisine. Plenty of parking available. As you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted with colorful vibrant colored walls and simple and modern decorations. The service was great. She was friendly, nice, patient, and attentive. She also had a great smile! My friend and wife ordered theOnion Masala Dosa: Classic crepe stuffed seasonal potato masala and onions. This was crisp, flavorful, and fun to dip into the 3 different sauces (Tomato, Coconut, and Cilantro).Samosa: Deep-fried fine filo pastry stuffed with peas and potato, warmly spiced with fresh herbs. Served with green and tamarind sauces. Very flavorful, slightly spicy and a nice outside crispy dough. My dish was the Lamb Boti Kebab: tender chunks of lamb in a spiced yogurt and baked in the oven. My dish come out on a sizzling platter, but some of lamb pieces were overdone and kinda tough. I wouldn't get this item again, or tell them to prepare it medium rare, so it would cook to a medium.Masala Tea and Mango Lassi were "good". Looking forward to trying some other dishes here.

Thali non-veg plate. Naan, dosa, a pile of rice underneath, 5 vegetable curries, a chicken curry, another curry that I ate so fast I forgot of it was a spicy chicken or pork, a fish curry, yogurt sauce, rice pudding and crispy fried chicken nuggets. I tried the pinwheels and wasn't sure where those fit in. There was plenty of flavor and there was a good level of heat to enjoy the food and not so much that I was sweating while eating. I ate as recommended by starting with the vegetables and eating in order layering the flavors on top of each other. I was glad they offered this special on the weekend. It allowed me to try a little of everything. Looking forward to coming back. Service was fast and the right amount of attention. I ate around 2:30 pm so I had the restaurant mostly to myself. Only one other couple was in the restaurant.

I ordered a takeout meal for this. My only regret is that I did not eat it there. My Lord in Heaven this was a sensational meal! I'm a white guy. Most white guys at exotic restaurants stick to "safe" dishes. They always get curry chicken at Indian restaurants. Stop doing that!Get out of your comfort zone! I ordered the Tandoori Pomfret, which is a whole roasted firm but flaky whitefish that has a sensational spicy chili tomato sauce basted inside of it. Pair it with some squirts of lemon juice and a biryani with naan. You get that dish my friends and you are in heaven. Oh, the Lamb Korma is an incredible creamy, spicy, savory secondary dish. Simply fantastic!!. Embrace ethnic food and sample it's authentic dishes, you won't be sorry!Oh....the photo is the fish AFTER I devoured half of it in 3 minutes

The service, presentation and taste of the dishes were all excellent...First time here and we were delighted by the food and the service. It was also entertaining to see a robot service (it's a she LoL) bring our food to our table. We ordered Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Garlic Naan. Basmati rice came each with the entrees. I enjoyed the butter chicken... creamy, not oily, and not too sweet and the pieces of tandoori chicken were tender. I love that butter chicken is a surprisingly low-carb meal. Both chicken entrees had rich flavors with hearty consistency. Great dinner. At 7:00p the restaurant was pretty empty so we had a nice quiet dinner. The dining room is clean with a couple of flat screens playing Bollywood type Indian TV shows. Clean dining room. We have only good things to say about our experience with The Grand Indian Cuisine and looking forward to returning. We dined here using a Groupon deal. Review #2905

Got a Groupon to try this place and happy we did! The food was great - complex flavors and spices. We ordered the samosas (so good) and the chicken tikka masala along with porotta, a swirled savory bread (very good), and the chicken biriyani, a special dish of the Indian region of Hyderabad (our favorite dish). There is a 3.99% added fee for paying with credit card, which they note on the front page of the menu. They clearly state it so not sure why people are getting so angry about it. Overall we will be back and order the biriyani again! Want to try the mango drink I kept seeing people order as well.

Service was very bad and loose. could see empty food dishes on the table. They don't pick up dishes and smell of eaten products and non veg was too much. Food was ok ok. We ordered south Indian and it too forever to bring food. 4 set of Dosa was ordered 2 came after 20 min and another 2 came when previous was almost finished by my coworker. Sambar taste like Dal.They also charged extra money for the card or pay cash.
