The Drip Lab Espresso and Teas

Felt a little sorry for the guy working here as he seemed to be manning the whole place alone-service therefore was a little slow. The Mayan chai was possibly the sweetest tea I've ever had and made my teeth hurt a little. But it was nearby and was open early so helps if you need that caffeine hit.

Decent espresso and americanos. Overall, the drinks are solid here. I'm not so sure about their baked good. Spent $3 on a cookie that was kind of stale (really disappointing). If you are looking for baked goods, I totally recommend visiting the Lincoln Plaza Cafe (next door to in the CalPERS) building. You can get an excellent chocolate chip cookie for $2.

Friendly service but the coffee is not very good. It tastes like the coffee machine at a gas station.

Have been in this area for over a decade now so I tried most of the coffee shops around, even when this location was a chocolate fish before. Anyway, the place looks like a nice addition to the building and even an upgrade. The coffee I ordered was the Iced Caramel Latte, it tasted fresh and met my standards. Coffee was prepared with care and effort, even was brought to my waiting table. Interior seems to be modern and nice. The outside has an appealing look too. Will definitely be back.

A little pricey, but great quality and fast service. My favorite warm weather drink is the raging Bull. Their island latte is pretty yummy too.

Absolutely love visiting drip lab! The atmosphere is always so welcoming and friendly and the service is very quick! My go to is the iced white mocha and their turkey and sharp white cheddar on ciabatta is absolutely delicious!

So fortunate to have this convenient and excellent coffee available. Coffee is way less expensive than S'bucks and exponentially better!

One of the male employees was extremely rude, the food wasn't that good, definitely needs more a welcoming atmosphere

The coffee was cheap but also tasted cheap. A little let down since the reviews were great. Was hard to find at first.
