Stopped here while wandering around d Old Sac during a Work trip and the vinegars were outstanding! So, so tasty. The flavors were fresh and tasted just like the ingredients. I wish they had gluten free bread but that's ok. It was still great and I plan to purchase some before I head home. The service was fine. I like that they kind of left me alone to sample. The store was super cute and located in a great area.

Stopped by during our visit to old town. Never knew there could be so many variations of olive oil and vinegar!It was a slow day, the worker there was very helpful in navigating the selection and helping narrow down the profile. You're able to walk around and taste/sample everything along with bread to figure out what you like. We ended up with the Tuscan Herb olive oil and a traditional balsamic vinegar mix. PS. The bigger containers are the most popular ones.

They have a nice selection of delicious aged balsamic vinegars with a variety of unique flavors, and great plant based vegans wanting to add flavor without oil .

This place has a great selection of vinegars and oils. It was fun to go in and try them all. Purchased a few things that were delicious. The person working there that day was friendly and knowledgeable. If you're in Old Town Sacramento, make sure you stop by.

The olive oil and balsamic vinegar here is by far my most favorite to dip bread with. Nothing else compares. My favorite olive oil is the Tuscan Herb. It has a hint of herb which adds a nice flavor. The spicy ones are good too and it really is actually spicy. My absolute favorite balsamic is the Neopolitan Herb. I tried other blends and always just go back to this one. It's sweet and pairs really well with the Tuscan Herb olive oil. There is a stamp card which they give one stamp per visit. I wish it was by bottle because I stock up quite a bit on the bottles when I stop by. Every month there is a mix of the month which is a discount on some of their olive oil and balsamic vinegar blends. Good way to try out different varieties.

Lived in sac for 10 years and this store is the one I miss the most. When I visit, I buy bubble wrap to wrap the bottles and bring them with me! Best balsamic are fig and pomegranate. Best olive oils are Persian lime and hands down the basil infused. Pricy but completely worth it as the quality is great!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!The owner is a super sweet lady and comes over to hand you a little cup of bread for samples immediately. I love that. I took a little of this and that but my FAVORITE thing was the tangerine balsamic. So good. I also got a porcini mushroom and sage olive oil - I think we got a discount for doing a 2 for pairing. I also grabbed one of those pour tops for the bottle because they pour so nicely! Definite must for your charcuterie boards. Also just a great place to stop in for food gifts. Yummy!

Several days after purchasing from their store I received multiple declined transactions to my credit card from The Chefs Olive Mix. They were attempting to take a further $70 from me without letting me know in advance. They didn't return my call. I contacted them the next day and they claimed they undercharged me for the original purchase. I have no way of knowing if they did or did not undercharge me. Attempting to run my credit card without contacting me first is a violation of California law. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Stopped here to do some taste testing. Enjoyed the experience and the oils were all great. Cool to see such a selection. Would go out to get non-standard olive oils after this visit.

What a wonderful find. Such an amazing variety of olive oil and balsamic vinegars, you can try before you buy. The owner Lisa was knowledgeable and helpful, and one of the nicest people I've ever met. Her staff at the store are also great
