My cousin has been trying to drag me to this place for so long. This is my favorite food truck in Sacramento! It was so good that I finished my entire plate of food! We ordered the Herb Roasted Pork Comfort Bowl, the Tri Tip Sandwich, and the Fried Brussels.

Best bbq in the greater Sacramento region. The staff is friendly and clean. The food is even better. I'm at a loss for words.

We tried their food during an event for our clubhouse and surprisingly it was very tasty. I had chicken it was not dry at all. Super friendly staff.

I had the guys out to cater my wedding in June and they did a phenomenal job. They were super friendly and helpful. Nate and Austin brought extra people to provide wait staff. They went above and beyond expectations, they even went outside the catering box and helped out on odd jobs. Showed up on time and were complete professional throughout the evening. 10 out of 10 would recommend them!

This food truck never ceases to amaze me. It is by far my favorite and we'll show up to our local brewery when we know they'll be there. Fantastic.

We booked The Butcher's Cleaver food truck for our private event this last weekend. Austen was amazing and the comments about how amazing the food was came from everyone attending. Even with being short handed and a little slow on getting the orders out, we all felt it was worth the wait. The biggest hits were the pork belly tacos, the grilled tip sambos, and the grilled cheese. He even added chicken tenders to accommodate all the youngsters at the party. Worst experience ever. Saw them at Goat House Brewing on 2/19/23. Placed my order for two sandwiches at 12:30 and they were already out of fries. Ten minutes later they were out of bread for sandwiches. I was told to come back in ten minutes. I did, but then had to wait (no big deal). Then I started noticing several people that ordered behind me get their orders. I asked the young lady taking orders about my order, TWICE, she made no effort to talk to the kitchen folks to find out what was going on. All she could respond was, "we're doing the best we can". I was there with a party of eight, all six ordered after me. Four of the six placed the same order I did. They all got served and had eaten by the time I got my order, FORTY minutes after I placed it. Never again.

The tri tip sandwich was awesome. Pork belly tacos were also great. Fries were perfect. Definitely worth finding them again.

Took the kids to dueling dogs today for Farm and Barn tour and they had the food truck as the food option on site. We were given 45-1hr wait time which we thought was reasonable for the busy Sunday. Over 2hrs later food was still not ready and we were informed they were now out of Chicken. Wait...what? They offered to substitute but of course that would be more time on top of the already over 2hr wait. We were then apologized to as their broiler went down for a few min and they were short staffed. At the end of the day, customer service was poor and issues were not relayed. Getting a few minutes behind is acceptable but an hour and half behind of your longest wait time is unacceptable. Give people the opportunity to cancel before they waste an entire afternoon waiting to find out you no longer have the food they ordered.
