Another filthy jumper.
Pretty much the main things to do the ice rink and the slide. Everything else was nothing to mention.
Closed photo area.
Filthy jumper. The inside was equally dirty.

Sitting here on a Saturday at 4pm. No SantaNo Dinger at the autograph station. Kids under 5 are NOT allowed on the ice slides, no mention of that online (we now have a broken hearted 3 year old). Minimal seating. Very expensive for what they offer. $10 parking, it's normally free during baseball season. Free ornament decorating for the kids. The lady who was tending the booth was too busy talking about how she is a teacher and her school was put on lock down because of a terrorist threat, in front of my 3 year old. Which raised many questions. I believe her behavior was inappropriate, especially at a "family friendly" event where there are little ones around. Super disappointed with this event. Also, the hot cider was $2.75 and tasted bad.

LAAAAAAAMEEEE. I went on Saturday, December 12th, around 4. You would think a place advertising to be the biggest show on snow, on a holiday month, on a weekEND, that it would be more crowded but when we reached the parking lot: CRICKETS. Which was good for me because that meant no crowd, no lines, but even a kind of introvert like me knew this was bad. It's $10 to park. It's $10 for everyone who just wants to walk around. It's $20 to ice skate and they give you a few tickets to go down the ice slide (but there's a height and age requirement). It's ball park price for food, drinks, and alcohol. It's like $25 for a picture with Santa. Hardly any of the vendors on top were open. Down on the field there is SO MUCH SPACE and none of it is being used. They advertised snow (or bubbles). It wasn't turned on. The kids bounce house area includes one very tiny castle that can fit two jumping kids safely that no one touched the entire time I was there, and another slightly larger animal themed bounce house that was definitely showing signs of age. There was a decent sized air slide for kids to climb up and go down, and a decent sized air obstacle course. Aside from the obstacle course, the rest of the kids area is not well lit at night. Like at all. Kinda dangerous for kids to be bouncing around in the dark.In one corner they have a very tiny area that's decked out in Xmas decorations with lights and all that. They had the lights on during the day when it serves no purpose. When night fell, they either unplugged it or had technical difficulties, because that ish wasn't on and therefore, once again, served no purpose; it was just another waste of space. So now all you can do is ice skate, which I mean is okay I guess but there are other prettier places to skate, go down the ice slide, or take the kids to the dimly lit kid area. AHHHH this place had potential but dang. If I was a teenager trying to take my date here, that's a damn expensive date. $50 minimum if I drove. Hope she ain't hungry or thirsty. 1 star bc my kid had fun bouncing in the dark.

Wow, one star for the slides because those were fun. Zero stars for everything else. Global winter wonderland at Cal Expo is way better. List of complaints:No choice on what activities to select when purchasing tickets (ice skating, slides) - so people can just do slidesWaiver signing unclear which forces people to stand in long lines then realIze they need a waiver and then walk all the way up the bleachers to sign - should be at ticketing at leastWarming tent not warmNo walkers for ice skating Not enough exits or entrances for skating rinkNot enough seating or food vendorsPromoted rides but there were none

I went in with no expectations and just looking for a fun family outing. Parking was $10 per vehicle. Entrance was $10 for an adult and $20 entrance for ice skating and the slide. We went at 1:30pm on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and we were expecting to be a descent amount of people there. It was pretty empty. They had once concession stand going. There was Christmas music playing which was nice! The "Kids Corner" was completely empty with just the sign and nothing in it. The photo booth with Santa was not working. When we left at 3:00 it still wasn't working. They had a lighted sculpture area which was very tiny and probably didn't help that it was during the day so it was pretty boring. They had two jumpers for kids which both were extremely filthy and covered in dust and dirt. They had the River Cats blow up jumper and slide which looked fun for older kids. They had a tented area with chairs and a heater but the heater was off. The main two attractions were the slide and the ice rink. I had fun at both. They had a few vendors soliciting for you to sign up with them. California fitness needed people to sign up and kept telling me I should do it. And a time share company offering free Disney tickets but we all know nothing is free. We ran out of options fairly quickly as far as things to do and was mainly just hanging out with each other. It has potential but there needs to be more to do. We went to Global Winter Wonderland last year and wanted to try something new. So basically if you don't ice skate you most likely will get bored pretty quick. No kids rides just jumpers in case you are bringing little ones. Hope this helps.

Better than other outdoor skating in the area but the skates were dull, there were puddles, and there were no lockers to store purses or shoes while skating. Will not visit again.

We had a lot of fun ice skating out on the river cats field and walking around. The ice slide was not open yet (they said it should be Monday), the 'snow' wasn't going (which I believe is just bubbles), Santa was not there yet, and the outer edges of the ice rink were coned off because of water/ thin sections. I think they opened a little prematurely and still have some kinks to work out but our tickets were discounted. Has the potential for 5 stars once these things are fixed.

Biggest waste of money EVER! The ice skating ring sucks, the shoes are old and hurt the kids' feet, the sliced wasn't even ready when they opened. Nothing seem to be organized. Oh and you have to pay parking on top of that! Don't even bother.
