If you are looking for kind friendly entertainment but also so fun for adults, this is the place to go. They have bowling, virtual golf and indoor kart racing. The establishment is very nice and the activities are so fun. We did the go kart racing. Thank goodness they are electric cars and the track is 3 levels. A driving go kart session is 7minutes long and the maximum amount on the track is 12 drivers. The cost is $35 per 7 minutes or $60 per 2 driving sessions. They use electric go kart racing cars which makes hanging out by the tracks so much better than gas powered go karts. Kids can drive the cars but you have to at least be tall enough to reach the pedals. Highly recommend this activity.

My 10 year old loved this place! We always have a great time with the games, race cars and bowling! We come a couple times out of the year for our daughter to enjoy! It's a great place to celebrate birthdays and special occasions! Food is not too bad as well! What's great is the adults can have some fun not too far away! We highly recommend this place for kids and adults to enjoy!

Hi-ya!Wow this place is really amazing. I guess in July they have sales going so the cart racing was $25/ per person instead of $35 and bowling was $5/ person + $5/ shoes. The kids had a lot of fun the, entire venue was top notch and prices during the time we went were so reasonable. We couldn't smell any smoke and the other patrons were polite were respectful. The place so clean, and lots of customer service reps and all friendly. The food was good too, except pizza was ok. The chicken strips were good loaded nachos so tasty.

This is a great mix of adult to children entertainment interests. Large complex. It contains bowling and prix racing. Large bar, snack bar, seating area, movement rides, virtual golfing, video games and pool. I sat at the bar and I felt like I was at an ESPN studio with all the TV screens and twirling score stats.

I have now bowled at a casino! We were visiting my son and it was pouring rain. We needed an inside activity. We decided to go bowling and this is close to their house.I was concerned about the smell of smoke as we exited the elevator as my daughter in law is 8 months pregnant. The casino is to your left and Apex to your right. Once you enter Apex, the smell went away.Apex has go carts and a Vr ride?, arcade and restaurant and of course a bar. They may have more stuff. But we were there to bowl. You pay by the hour here, 40 bucks an hour. I gotta say had we been in the regular area it may have been too loud and 3 stars. But, we lucked out and got a lane in the vip room. We had the whole thing to ourselves for the first hour. We ordered food to the lane and really had a good time.

This review is for the Apex Grill and Bar. I would rate it 3.5 stars.Pros - Bacon burger and fries were great. - We went on a Wednesday for Trivia night which was a lot of fun and enjoyed the $4 house wine.- Bar was spacious and had ample seating- I ordered food via the QR code on the table. Once my food was ready I was texted once and phoned multiple times which I appreciated because you are not supposed take your phone out during the trivia. The multiple, persistent calls forced me to check my phone and collect my order while the food was hot.Cons - Pesto chicken wrap was bland. Extremely poor execution with the balsamic on the outside. You couldn't eat the wrap without getting the sticky balsamic all over your hand.I would come back again but stick to ordering the burgers.

I really enjoyed this place! They have a wide range of fun things to do and it's connected to the casino. They have bowling, go kart racing, virtual golfing, video games and a virtual ride. The cafe has pizza, fries, burgers, etc. and must say the pizza wasn't bad at all. There's also a bar inside for those that appreciate adult beverages.I was there celebrating a birthday but this is a nice date night spot too!

If you aren't a big gambler - or have kids or a group you're looking to entertain - this is the spot!Attached to the Red Hawk Resort and Casino is this games center that has a similar feel to the casino: tons of multicolor lights, flashing games, and energy in the air.Your options are:BOWLING- We didn't do this because the wait was 2+ hours long, but cosmic-esque bowling that looked funVR GAMES- They have a bunch of VR headset and regular gaming parlour gamesVR RIDE- They had this wild looking ride that had 4 seats like a roller coaster - riders wear a VR headset and choose their ride, and the spectators get to watch what they're feeling on the big screen! This looked INSANE and so cool.GOLF SIMULATOR- We were able to get into this right away on a packed weekend evening and had fun with it! ~$50 for an hour plus $15 for clubs. We enjoyed the large space, sofas, bar service, and making a fool of ourselves.GO KARTING- This was booked up until 10:30pm that night and this is walk-in only, so we opted to come back right at 10am when they opened and be the first in line. The track is super cool - ups and downs over 2-3 stories, light up gates, and tons of fun!PRICESSteeeeeep. Like real steep. The VR ride was $15 a person and go-karting was ~$40 per person I believe. If you can get into two things and have 2-4 people, getting a package is a better deal. We had AWESOME service from our bar server Bella, who served us during our golf simulation game, in the bar, and picked up our pizza order from the grill on the other side of the area as well. This was a fun, unique way to end a weekend in the Amador County area!

This is a fun spot for some family fun at the Red Hawk. We drove the cars, bowled and played some games. It is not cheap but we did well with the package for 4. The cars were a lot more sophisticated than I expected with a lot of people working to monitor them. I now understand the high price! It was harder than I thought it would be but our grandson loved it.

Great racetrack much more exciting than k1 but k1 is faster. Cool place for the kids. And obviously there's always the opportunity to strike it rich lol
