Charging for extra teriyaki sauce. If I was asking for a bunch, sure, but I asked for one. Maybe I'm being unreasonable. I ordered the teriyaki chicken noodles, because I didn't feel like rice. Dish comes with bland chicken and noodles AND a side of rice. Seems like a bit much. Could have used some veggies. Maybe a salad. I also ordered a rainbow roll. Topped with an unappealing sauce and the roll was warm. I think it was fresh cooked rice, but just felt weird it being so warm. This was my second time here. Definitely the last. Go to teriyaki time instead.

I ordered the Sesame Chicken Combo, food tasted alright. A few issues I have with the dish: Sesame chicken should have sesame, no seeds or taste of sesame. Not sure what the sauce was, but it was not sesame. The salad dressing is Italian? Really?!? At a teriyaki joint, you serve me Italian dressing...shame on you

First time coming to Teriyaki Maki, they're well known for their sushi. My friend recommended the place to me and I went to check it out. One of their most popular roll is crunch roll, the cashier helped me pick out what I should get. The crunch roll was really good, the rice to crab meat and the inside ratio were good. I'm originally from Natomas and have always loved this place. Been going for 12+ years. I now reside in Stockton. Currently 8 months pregnant and have been craving this place for some time now. I'm unable to just drive an hour away to fulfill my cravings, however my husband just so happened to be working up in Yuba City so I begged him to make a pit stop on his way home. Ordered 3 noodle plates with no veggies for me (figured I'd stock up, don't judge lol). There was no teriyaki sauce on any of it? Can't even taste a hint of teriyaki sauce, which is the whole reason the plate is delicious and desirable. Not a single place out there that comes remotely close this place's recipe. Just super disappointed. Chicken breast wasn't breast meat either. Hate to spend almost $40 at place to not get what you've been craving. It's barely even edible. Really hope this was just an honest mistake, and that this is not how you're serving your food these days.

I got the kings and Alaskan roll, these rolls are heavy on the cooked salmon and it was pretty good, i spent 28 after tip on them and I got what I paid for. I got great service from an older man and there's a boba spot right next door that's got bomb boba! There's tables inside and outside of here and it's a great spot for a nice lunch.

I have eaten here many times and it's been pretty good. Last night we ordered $60 worth of food for dinner for our family and my sushi roll ( dynamite roll) tasted rotten. The fish in it was bad. It's not the next day and I feel super sick.The sushi had a funky smell to it but the taste was what got me and I immediately spit it out. Unfortunately I did eat one piece prior (probably why I feel sick) If you're going to serve sushi especially RAW sushi. Please please make sure the quality of your products is up to standard because I would feel so bad if someone else gets a rotten roll in the future.
