Team Building ROI

I didn't think I was going to enjoy a "team building" event, but we had a great time with Kelly and his crew. Our department totally enjoyed the charity bike build. And talk about feel good... We were super impressed by the charity that came and picked up the bikes. Knowing you're giving back while enjoying a nice offsite event really works. Thanks Kelly and Team Building ROI. We know where we'll turn the next time we have an offsite.

We turned to Team Building ROI for some help with coordinating kid friendly activities for my boss' kid's birthday party last month. From start to finish, Kell was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, professional, friendly and easy to work with. We ended up going with a kid friendly olympics which worked out great. We had a group of ~40 kids and Kelly and Mike did an awesome job managing the group. Kelly showed up on time and had the activity set up and ready to go when he said he would which I truly appreciated. We used Team Building ROI for an event recently and it was amazing! Everything ran smoothly and my colleagues and I were incredibly impressed. Kelly was not only professional, easy to work with, and engaging, but he was also tons of fun! My whole team genuinely enjoyed themselves and we are all definitely looking forward to the next time.

I worked with Kelly to organize a Murder Mystery at a local Winery & Car Showroom for a group of 30 teammates. Kelly shared suggestions on how to choose the victim and murderer and worked with me to fit the whole event into our time-frame and our budget. The actors and the clues leading us on our adventure were fantastic. He kept teams on pace and ensured everyone was having a great time. The group is STILL talking about how much fun they had. We will absolutely work with Team Building ROI again for upcoming events!

We worked with Team Building ROI at our recent company offsite to do the Bike Build Challenge. Our entire team really enjoyed the whole experience. We had a lot of fun and the various activities provided some good lessons in team problem solving. Kelly was terrific - well organized, good communicator, and fun to work with. Had an incredible time at a Zombie-themed event Team Building ROI put on recently for us! Kelly (our host/coordinator) did a great job making sure the event ran smoothly, answering questions, and making sure the event was as fun/enjoyable as possible. The other event staff with ROI also did a great job pretending to be zombies for the event (part of the theme). Everyone (myself included) seemed to have a really good time, overall just a really great experience from start to finish. With so many details involved in an event like this, I was expecting something would inevitably go wrong somewhere, but Kelly and his team really made sure it was smooth/perfect the entire time; it's so hard to find exceptional quality & attention to detail like this, which is why these guys have my highest recommendation. If you're looking for team building type events, I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed!
