Wowzzzaaaaa!!! I've been living at El Dorado Hills for over 6 years and JUST discovered Tea Xotics thanks to a friend of mine who suggested we meet for tea and treats one morning! What I didn't expect was how beautiful Tea Xotics would be. Many countless gorgeous gifts are perfectly displayed throughout and the aroma as I walked in was a very welcome experience as well! We walked up to the counter and ordered our drinks and treats. I ordered the matcha green tea which is made perfectly. We chose to sit towards the back near the window seat where more beautiful gifts were displayed all around us.I noticed how there was a steady flow of customers walking in while we were there. Surely a must repeat location with the high quality of ingredients, friendly warm welcome environment and kind friendly service as well!

Always splendid. There are nice shady seats out front and one shared bench inside. The loose teas for purchase are priced extremely well! Recommend Mr Darcy (caffeinated) Or Comfort My Sleep (herbal)

The young ladies that work behind the counter are absolutely amazing! They are so helpful at suggesting new teas and cold brew coffee drinks which are so yummy and refreshing! EDH is blessed to have such an establishment here and it's locally owned! Come here for special gifts that are locally sourced and made with 100% organic ingredients. Healthy all around!! Local olive oils, vinegars, honeys, treats! This is my happy place

My mother's favorite place and now one of mine too. My favorite is the turmeric tea with honey and black pepper. My mother's favorite is the Matcha Green Tea Grass Skirt. When in town head over to Town Center for an iced or hot tea or a cold brew.

The owner, white lady, was super rude and racist. Will never be back here ever again. My mother, husband and daughters were shopping and my daughter dropped a non breakable item. The owner yelled at my 3 year old, and did not address the 3 other adults that were with her. I was in the RR when this happened. When I came out, she was way too close to my 3 year old and she still did not address any of the adults. I had to ask her to back up off my child. My husband left upset with my child, we paid and were walking away when she decided to add more commentary, to which I had to defend my family. It is never ok to do that to clients. If my child would have broken something, which she did not, we would have paid for it, no questions. I would suggest you the racist, miserable looking, old hag owner to take some customer service and management skills training.

Amazing small business run by a mother daughter team. The owners are the sweetest, kindest people as are all of their employees. Their teas are absolutely amazing! They take pride in what they do and their ingredients show it. The balsamic, olive oils, and honey are amazing as well. My kids drool over Renee's seasonally flavored pastries- so yummy! I love stopping in for unique gifts in addition to tea and coffee when I'm on the run. I've never been disappointed and just love this gem in El Dorado Hills! My favorites: fall-apple pie chai fog style and a pumpkin scone, summer-rose all day with a lemon scone, winter- the nutcracker and any of the peppermint goodies, spring-matcha breezes or Hawaiian style tea! They have great lemonades and kid friendly drinks as well!

Hated the drinks and as an asian woman i dont appreciate the weird fetishization/exoticization going on here with the name, branding, and products. This place is the Dutch Bros of herbal teas (aka, a whitewashed TPumps). I've solely tried their matcha (specifically the Snow White, Lemon Truffle Matcha, and matcha lemonade at a friend's recommendation), so limited scope of review, but the only flavors you could taste in all of those drinks were syrups and artificial flavors. None of them truly tasted like good matcha.Store decor is cute farmhouse vintage, and they have retail sections for beauty products and tea kits. The dishes themselves are all weirdly ~Oriental~ (teapots with asian paint designs, ramen bowls and chopsticks, etc.) and not a single asian person works there. I'm sure the suburban caucasian housewives eat it up though.
