Taqueria Mi Raza

This is one of those authentic hole in the walls you know everything's gonna be good if you order it type place. I just got a couple tacos as seen below, the pollo asado and quesabirria.Super greasy and reasonably priced. They charge for water cups probably because they aren't making bank out in this little spot in the Heights area of town. I asked for the broth and it didn't say that was an extra charge, and I didn't end up getting it but I also didn't point out they forgot it so that's on me. Not downgrading for that because I try not to be a petty Yelp person.I would come back to try basically everything.

3.5 starsRestaurant was clean, all of the tables were clean, salsa bar clean and plentiful, adequate air and not stuffy inside. Customer service was very friendly and I liked the decor for this taqueria.We grabbed some salsas, onion/cilantro (for my tacos), and were brought a basket of chips shortly after. The chips seemed like they were store bought, which was fine..at least they weren't stale. Salsas were all good and seemed pretty fresh.My tacos were good! I liked adding my own toppings and salsa. Both the cabeza and the pastor were tender and seasoned well.Unfortunately, my husband did not enjoy his carne asada regular burrito. It was just "mushy" and the meat was not flavored well. He had maybe 4 bites and left the rest. I don't think he wants to rush back.. I would go back for the tacos and maybe try the quesabirria tacos.

Random stop but so glad I did! Little hole in the wall, I got the Torta de Asada. So good and authentic with refried beans, thick slices of avocado plenty of jalapeño soft fresh telera bread and lots of well seasoned asada!

I had the regular shrimp burrito and my boyfriend had the carne asada super burrito. Food was great and well seasoned. Sometimes when I get a shrimp burrito from other places the shrimp isn't seasoned and it tastes bland. NOT HERE! Great customer service and good salsa. Will definitely be back!!

Food is delicious, can get crowded at times, so i usually order ahead of time to pick up.

I came across this place on my lunch during my shift at work. I seen they had quesabirria and wanted to try theirs out. I haven't gone anywhere else for quesabirria since than. It's a whole in the wall type of place but the food is amazing. Open salsa bar and the staff/owners are very humble and friendly. I love coming here, and now my co workers do too!

We love this place! Good service, the food always comes out quick and tasty. We usually get burritos or carne asada fries, but they also have great breakfast burritos. Hope this place is here to stay since it's a great neighborhood spot.

Mi Raza is so yummy! Our first few times we got tacos and then had to try the menudo, it was full of flavor and came out steaming hot. They made sure to have the cilantro & onions & corn tortillas they also included oregano and dried chiles on the side. I enjoy the service everyone is pleasant and the place is always clean. Our neighborhood doesn't have many taquerias, so we love to support

First time trying this place out I was told that it is authentic from Guadalajara. The salsas are all bomb!!! Carne Asada Fries was the best!!

the breakfast burrito was really good and the meat is really well seasoned-- had a small mistake on an order where some meats got swapped around but the young woman that was at the cashier was super accomadating and really nice about it. she solved it pretty quickly and made the whole ordeal a lot easier to manage.sauces arent super spicy but are pretty tasty and the super burritos are decently sized
