Taqueria Maya's Taco Truck

Excellent, authentic Mexican food! I got a carnitas meat plate for $11. The meat and its accompanying salsa is superb. Grilled onions came with it which I'm a big fan of. There's a table and chairs to set and eat but I came home to eat. I didn't see a tip jar so I didn't tip. Food truck is in a desolate, warehouse-laden area of West Cap. Their red sauce/ salsa is sooooo good too. Huge thumbs up!

Been here more times than I can count! Today my review is for their carnitas torta. The bread was so soft but still had a perfect crisp on it. The mayonnaise they generously spread on it went so well with the avocado. The tomatoes and lettuce were very fresh. The carnitas had that perfect balance of fat but still flavorful pork. To say this hit the spot would be an understatement. I was ready to order another one it was so great! They gave me jalapeños and grilled onions on the side and I ate every last bit of those up too. Calling ahead and placing my order was a smart move, I have to say. I showed up ten minutes later and was able to skip 3 people in line because I was picking up my order which was ready.

Heard about this food truck and decided to stop by for lunch. Very tasty asada burrito, quite hefty too for just $10. Their meat is very well seasoned and it comes with sour cream which I love in burritos!Cash only.

great food in unexpected places! I was tired of spending $50 for two combo meals at a Mexican restaurant and decided to try Maya's which reported five stars. It is just West of Harbor on West Capitol on the south side of the street. The vegetarian quesadilla was terrific. It had grilled onions, guacamole , cheese, beans I think and was stuffed with great tasting food. It was huge. The tacos were wonderful and different. I had a chicken and pork tacos which had tons of meat, cilantro, salsa, etc and was delicious. The chicken quesadilla was great as well. We fed three adults and two young kids who ate a lot for $30 and still had some left. I am going back! I almost forgot, BRING CASH, NO CARDS!!!

My favorite thing to get here is the three carne asada combo plate. Sometimes I get the pollo and it is just as tasty!! The way they load up the tacos with meat is undeniably generous! If you are in a rush or have a short lunch I would recommend giving them a call and placing your order ahead of time because they are always busy. Rightfully so!

Great taco stop in West Sac that has amazing salsa and generous portions. The tacos cost a bit more than at other trucks but they make it up with quality and portion size. Be sure to ask for green and red salsa, you won't regret it!

Don't underestimate this food truck. One of the best tortas we've tasted. The bread was soft and crunchy. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. You'll wish you had 2 stomachs. Delicious

Yummy street tacos! They are flavorful and pack decent spice. Quick turnaround. Perfect for a snack on the way home, or a casual lunch. I only wish they ditch the styrofoam and use paper.

I absolute loved this taco truck is the best one around I tried their chicken quesadilla and I really enjoyed it so much! They also have great tacos and burritos!?
