Came here got Taco Tuesday.Ample salsa bar and good menu variety.I liked their salsa bar more than Taqueria Vallarta especially the avocado salsa. Ample seating area and super clean. The Al pastor tacos were solid, only $1.99!Would definitely return in the future!

I been in the search of a good taco spot in Sacramento and I'm glad I found a place not too far from home. The inside was nice and homy and there was plenty of seating. The service was good and there is a self service chip and salsa bar with various sauces! They had street tacos for $2 so I got the tripa, lengua, and buche taco. My favorite of the three was definitely the tripa. It was nice and crispy and had a lot of flavor. I would definitely come back in the future!

I came in for menudo, which they did not have. I ordered the enchiladas plate instead. The bean and rice were ok, nothing to rave about. I was not a fan of the rice. It was dry and lacked flavor. Same for the chicken enchiladas. The pollo asado did have flavor and was marinated. The red sauce was just ok. The tortilla was a bit dry for my taste. Usually, the tortilla is lightly fried in oil before the dip in the sauce. It may have, but the results did not taste like so. My meal with a drink was about $20. I did not expect to eat with PLASTIC utensils! That's a pet peeve of mine. It's totally appropriate for a food truck, but a sit-down restaurant? Come on now, try cutting a hard tortilla with a cheap plastic knife. The ambiance was good. Your typical taqueria decor. The restrooms were clean and fresh. The floor was a bit dirty where I sat, a bunch of garbage on the floor, but I did see them sweeping in other areas, so I'm sure they'll get to it when I leave.

Stopped by to enjoy some menudo with handmade corn tortillas which were great tasting and big in size. Bigger than your average corn tortilla. Perfect flavor, soft and brought to the table nice and hot. Menudo had good flavor but not enough spice. Ordered with hominy. Also ordered shrimp tacos which I did not finish eating since they had more lettuce and bell peppers than shrimp. Lettuce made them cold. I would go back for some more menudo with the handmade tortillas. The restaurant was clean and busy as usual for a Sunday morning. They offered many options of salsa in the salsa bar.

I would say this is a "typical taqueria". The food is very well done. I usually get the molcajete or carnitas burrito.

First impression is it's a clean nice spot. Very open nice decor. Only thing is when you first walk in you get hit with the smell of either fish or sea food. I had the chilaquiles with egg and asada. Only issue I had was that they do not list guacamole on their menu included with the meal which I'm allergic to. I sent it back they only scraped it off the plate. I asked the lady working to kindly have them remake it. Came out perfect this time. The flavors were amazing. Whatever they use in their asada for the marinade tasted amazing. Salsa they used wasn't spicy which was okay (most places don't offer spicy enough for me). My mother had the tamale and taco plate. Came with rice and beans. The tamale was red pork. Made fresh daily and she said it was amazing. She had the grilled chicken in her taco said it was juicy and tasted great.

I've been wanting to try this place out for a while. When family wanted Mexican for dinner, I jumped on the opportunity to give this place a try. When you enter the front door, there's a big menu on the wall. Lots to choose from depending on what you're hungry for. You order and pay first, and then find your table. They will bring out your meal. There's a chip and salsa bar to add to your meal while you wait. The employees here were very cheerful and patient while we decided on what we were hungry for. The restaurant itself was very clean. Ample seating. Gosh! Even the patrons waiting for to go orders were very friendly. It's a shared parking lot so parking was not a problem. Pricing overall was decent. A few items were higher prices, but nothing crazy. I had the chimichanga and it was very tasty and filling. We were on starvation mode so there's not much pictures to show! I'll be back to give other menu items a try!

Our new fav since our other Mexican food restaurant closed. Ate here 3 times in 1 weekend just trying different items. I love their salsa bar with a lot of variety and fresh chips. I will keep coming back because their menu is extensive and we will need more trips to try everything!

It was absolutely disgusting. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I asked for a refund which they gave me but kept my tip. I went back in to get my tip. Yea, I was so mad I was being petty.

I think it's the worst Mexican food I've had. My burrito was cold all the way through. Person who took my order was ignoring me for a soccer game that was on. I had to keep repeating myself while he kept saying "huh" while watching. Go anywhere else.
