I'm writing this review while I'm still sitting at the table so I don't forget! Lol It's Sunday afternoon. I was immediately greeted with a smile by the cashier/waitress. I ordered an asada street taco and an asada quesadilla. Both were generously portioned and the asada was seasoned perfectly! The salsa bar has options for all! Amazing service and food! I will be back :)

I ordered five street tacos: Cabeza, Lengua, Carnitas, Al Pastor, and Carne Asada. The Cabeza was just okay, nothing special. The Lengua had good flavor, though the meat could have been cut into smaller pieces for a better texture. Still, it was enjoyable. The Carnitas were solid, and the Al Pastor with salsa was the standout--it had the best flavor combination of all the meats. The Carne Asada was pretty standard, but on the plus side, there were no gristly pieces.A heads-up: the tacos are only about 3 inches in diameter. If you're really hungry, consider ordering an extra one. They offer salsa near the soda machine, but no complimentary chips. I tried the avocado crema, and it was underwhelming--it could use more seasoning.A couple of minor issues: the website prices don't match what's charged at the restaurant, and the menu boards had a glare, making them a little hard to read. There was also a single TV above the bar playing soccer. On the bright side, the service was excellent--the person taking orders was very attentive and helpful.

Kicking myself for not finding this place sooner! I can confidently say that this is one of my favorite Mexican spots in town now. I stopped by for a quick lunch on a slow Monday around noon and was greeted by a friendly young lady and good music. I ordered right at the counter, but you can also sit down and they will take your order from your table. Everything was priced well and I had three tacos and a drink for less than 20 bucks.Asada tacos are one of my go-to's when trying new taquerias. They nailed the flavors right on the head here and their salsas are sooo yummy. They have a salsa bar with lots of yummy fixins. Everything is so fresh and flavorful, and I definitely recommend grabbing some of their jalapeño crema! Of course I had to wash it all down with my favorite flavor of Jarritos. The restaurant is super clean, as well as their restrooms. I am so pleased! You can taste and feel the love they put into their work, and this is a family business I will happily continue to support. Already watering at the mouth thinking about my next visit!

Wow I was very pleasantly surprised. They had a polite young man running the register. It gave off a family business atmosphere. We ate our food there. The food tasted like it was cooked with passion. I had the Carne Asada street tacos and a side of rice and beans and I sampled everything in their salsa bar. While my parents got burritos. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh and the meat was not chewy at all. We enjoyed every bite. The portion sizes were very good and the burritos were gigantic. Most importantly, the beans were not bland and soggy like I've experienced at other Taquerias. I'll definitely be back to frequent this location.

...I smelled an incredible aroma of grilled meat on the way to the gym nearby. I thought to myself, I gotta have it. I looked around and saw this taqueria, a greek spot and a pizza place. 33% chance of finding that aroma.Well I walked in and it wasn't here. The tacos were good and the service was really nice. I'd say its about 3.5 stars. Not great, and no bad for a taco spot. The search for that aroma continues!

We picked this place as it had good reviews. Im just going to say- RUN OUT!! It was terrible. I ordered a taco salad! Therewas no cheese, so i went up to get some and was told it was on the bottom!!! NO!! My daughter or one of the lunch specials! Cheese enchilada, and street taco w rice and beans. Neither one of us even ate half of our meals. It was gut wrenching!! Yes it was a bathroom bad decision!! Don't make the same mistake.

This place is FANTASTIC! Their food is really really good and they support kids sports programs in Folsom. I found out about them on Trudino.com. You can buy a gift certificate on there and they donate 40% to the sports program of your choice.Thank you for providing Folsom with authentic Mexican food and supporting our kiddos.

Title: Exceptional Experience at a New Taqueria in Folsom, California I recently had the pleasure of dining at a newer Taqueria establishment in Folsom, California, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped in, I was pleasantly surprised by the diverse offerings on their menu. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the mocha, paired perfectly with some delicious tacos. What truly set this Taqueria apart was the evident care put into their house-made components, which elevated the flavors to a whole new level.Adding to the ambiance, the music selection was fantastic, enhancing the overall dining experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impeccable, reflecting a high standard of hygiene and professionalism. What truly stood out was the personalized service provided by the owner himself. He greeted us warmly and served us with a genuine smile, making us feel valued and welcomed throughout our visit. His jovial demeanor and eagerness to assist us added a special touch to our dining experience. In conclusion, if you find yourself in the Folsom, California area, I highly recommend visiting this Taqueria. It's a hidden gem that deserves recognition for its exceptional Mexican cuisine, outstanding service, and vibrant atmosphere. I, for one, will definitely be returning for more culinary delights.

My husband and I love trying new places, especially Mexican restaurants. The inside is interesting with bamboo decor but that didn't take away from how good the food and service were. We came in on a Saturday after and it was pretty busy but we're greatly right away and seated with chips and salsa. We ordered a steak burrito, 2 street tacos and a chicken enchilada and they all were delicious. We also tried a margarita which was just ok but was also only $6.Our server was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. She even noticed we didn't eat the burrito we ordered and asked us if everything was ok, which it was, we just ordered it to take home to eat for dinner.
