I was hoping for so much more being the first Indian restaurant to try in the area thanks to the raving reviews! Ugh. Disappointing to say the least. Service was decent (language barrier with cashier), place was cleaner and well maintained, parking is easy out front in a shared Plaza, ambiance is casual but nothing spectacular, good amount of seating inside and outside, and the food... bland! I've had much tastier Indian food in Southern Cali, NY, Chicago, and of course India itself (Hyderabad). We were sorely disappointed. Chicken Tikka masala may as well have been Butter Chicken (we ordered both with mild spice) as it lacked any rich flavor and was very, very buttery. The samosas lacked authentic taste, garlic naan was thin and crispy (not the fluffy naan we've come to adore), and saag paneer wasn't anywhere as flavorful compared to Naan Cafe down south in Redlands, CA. The one dish that we DID enjoy with an expected taste was the Butter Chicken. That was great!All in all, we don't plan to return but it was still worth a try. Give it a go yourself - every taste buds is different! Hopefully you'll have a much better experience than we did. Just too bland for me. For us, the hunt continues around Roseville for the amazing Indian authentic flavor we're accustomed to.

Solid place to get Indian food, but hard to digest! The gobi Manchurian is very good. Naan is crispy. Not much ambiance, more of a to go vibe. Service is adequate - nothing to note. Excellent health ratings.The only downside of this place is both myWife and myself noticed the food is very hard to digest. Not sure if they are using a particularly cheap oil that is causing indigestion or if it's the spice blend. Management please look into your ingredients bring used. Since the food is hard to digest for unknown reasons, both my wife and I had severe indigestion after eating here, we would not return. We have not had such an experience anywhere else for Indian cuisine, so we are puzzled what in your ingredients is causing it.

i have lived in Roseville for about two years and have had ate at several Indian restaurants and I can honestly say that this indian restaurant is the best I have had. I originally only in the past only ordered chicken byranni, but since I have came here I have tried several different dishes and they all have been tasty. I have not had one order that wasn't well cooked and just how I ordered it. Food quality is off the chain, the service is great too. The wait time is very convenient especially when I order online or call before coming in. The ambiance in this restaurant is peaceful, good vibes. Thanks again

We were excited to try this place because of the amazing reviews. We ordered garlic Naan, chicken Tikka masala, and butter chicken. Garlic Naan was one of the best we've had compared to others. The butter chicken and chicken tikka masala tasted very similar. It was good. The lady who took our order did not seem like she wanted to be there. Wish it was a more welcoming and friendly experience. Honestly, because of that, we most likely won't be back there. So now we are still on the hunt for some really good Indian food with great service.

Small dining room. Spartan decor. Clean looking.Order food at the cashier. Pay.NO AYCE buffet bar.Our host & server was a friendly and happy guy.Food arrived table side in sequence. The dishes were all piping hot and down right delicious.Three of us ordered 5 plates. We loved them all. There was plenty of leftover to take home for another meal.Well fed and satisfied for $80.

Seriously my top Indian place!! The richness of the tikka masala, the garlic naan is so fresh, and they have a bunch of other options that bursting with flavor! The appetizers are always super fun to try! The place is clean, and seating is always fast. You order at the counter and they serve it to you. Portions are big and price is very fair. Always a banger.

Checked out Tandoori Flame last night after a coworker's recommendation and it was spot on! Located in a shopping center next to an Indian market and frozen yogurt.The inside was super clean with plenty of seating and the staff were very friendly and checked on us often. We ordered the Vegetable Samosas, Vegetable Pakora, Paneer Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Nothing felt greasy or watered down! It was a great meal all around. You can tell that a lot of love goes into what they are serving! I just wanted the dishes to magically refill once we were finished so I could keep eating! The homemade sauces that they provide were so light and good on everything - they need to bottle and sell them!This is my new favorite Indian restaurant hands down and I cannot wait to come back soon and try more dishes!

I'm usually not a fan of Indian food but genuinely did enjoy this meal. Very nice clean seating area.

Stopped by for lunch the other day as I live nearby. Tried the Butter Chicken, Tiki Masala, and Garlic Nhan. We chose mild for the spice level on both and found the Tiki Masala to be lacking in flavor when compared to the butter chicken. The garlic main was delicious, tasted hand made and authentic. It was good when dipped into the curries.The one concern I had when picking up my order was that the rice may have been re-heated via microwave while in the to-go styrofoam container. I may be mistaken about what I saw as I didn't confirm with the employee about it before walking out.All in all would come back to try a higher level of spice in the curries and see if that makes the difference!

Tandoori chicken is the most delicious and fresh chicken you will ever have!! Amazing everything is flavorful, naan bread is fresh to order, love this place! You have to be a bit patient because they cook to order, besides all this, lovely service!!
