Takeiros Taqueria is a Mexican food truck that offers delicious food with a twist at a decent price! We ordered the Pizzadilla and Torta Birria Style. You definitely get your bang for your buck because the portion size is big! The Pizzadilla is perfect for you if you love cheese. You basically get a huge quesadilla. The torta has great flavor and the meat is very tender. I do recommend eating it right away because we didn't eat it until we got home and the bread was on the soggy side. Overall delicious though and the better out of the two. We both agreed we'd come back! The workers were very friendly and relatable too.

Steak quesadilla... 7.5/10. Chicken taco- 8/10.Red salsa burned my mouth off. Green salsa is great! Just didn't get enough sauce. Nice food truck. Friendly staff! Good location next to a gas station and dispensary!

First time trying this place & it was awesome. We waited about 15 mins. for amazing food. I definitely recommend the torta with birria it was a 10/10! Their famous takeiros taco was also sooo good. Can't go wrong with this place!

Got the carne asada burrito bowl. The meat was seasoned good and not dry which lets you taste the meat with the other ingredients. Which I must say everything was fresh down to the Pico de Gallo.Service was very friendly. The gentleman operating the truck really is efficient.Truck looks clean and area is safe. Check them out

The best $3 street taco I've had in a long time. Pastor was delicious, nice big chunks with some fat too, finger licking good. The green and orange salsas were fantastic alone but even better mixed. I don't normally like salsas quite as spicy as the orange but the flavor of it with the taco was worth every sweat. Jamaica agua fresca was crisp and huge and the perfect pairing. I have a feeling this is gonna be lunch every time I stop at Mainstage now!

Had the shrimp burrito with salsa verde and have been stuck on it every time since. I want to try other stuff, but the burrito has so many big shrimp and the flavors are so good I haven't gotten around to trying something else yet husband enjoyed the burrito with carnitas and was blown away by the pizzadilla (SO much delightfully cheesy food!). Their ramen is next on my "to try" list
