Take A Bite of Coloma-Deli

On our way home from the Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park we stopped here to eat. It is located inside a gas station and has no indoor seating but there were a couple tables outside but this is definitely something you eat in your car. I tried the cheeseburger and it was really good, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again but if I'm ever in the area and wanted a burger or to try a sandwich I would come here again. The service was fast and friendly here as well.

Best pastrami burger for miles around. Yes it's in the gas station mini mart. There's a few benches outside but I normally just eat it in my truck.

If you haven't walked to the back of the Chevron station and ordered from this kitchen, you are missing out! Friendly service and AMAZING Phily cheese steak sandwiches! If you're in the area, stop in and get one! Highly recommend! Yum!

Wife was doing horse things with a friend so I needed something for lunch. Saw this place on Yelp almost drove past it. It's in the gas station. Doesn't look like much on the outside. Parked the truck opened the door and the burger smell hit me and I knew it was going to be good. Had the pastrami burger it was awesome. Thin patty came of the flat top super crusty and the pastrami had. Ice crispy edges. Burger heaven.

Greatest on the divide for hot sandwiches and burgers and fries. There's a little seating outside at picnic tables.

The food is cooked to order and was served promptly. Hot and delicious. This was our first experience there. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a tasty grab and go meal.

Stopped by rather inadvertently the other day & ordered a cheeseburger w/fries. It was about 11:30am so not too busy yet, but the gas station was business was getting busier. I waited Aprox. 20 mins. Entertaining myself w /people watching. Picked up my burger/fries & ate in my car w/door open. The fries were delish, nicely cooked. Opening up my burger & first bite sent me back to memories of younger days. Juicy loaded with/everything bites oh man, it reminded me of going to A& W in the summers for burger & root beer float The atmosphere is very causal as it is located Inside the Cheveron Station & easily missed. It's to the left as you walk in straight back. They do have one pick nick table outside or you can go park down by the river. It's worth a possible side trip!

Best burgers in all of El Dorado County! Just an absolutely perfect burger. It's tucked in the back of a gas station but don't let that fool you! You know it's a good burger when there is a line of blue collar workers waiting to Take A Bite!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Super rude cashier. I would never eat here again. Big attitude. I had my parents pick up some burgers a few days ago and they mentioned how rude the person who collected their payment was. I said, "They must just be busy." After experiencing it myself, I must agree.
