We drive by this place so many times, I felt that I had to try it out at least once. The usual taco stand on the side of the road. Unfortunately, non existent Covid -19 protocols, but the staff was friendly. Workers not wearing masks, serving utensils out to the public, and salsas in bottles out for the public to handle. I ordered the tacos, mulita and quesadilla. They didn't have my favorite carnitas, but I had the pastor and chorizo tacos. I would have to say surprisingly, the food was ok, nothing amazing or special. Very lightly seasoned, and a little on the tiny size for the price. I say this because competition is so fierce in this market, and without mentioning the other establishments, this place ranks just a-ok. If we're rolling by, the food would be serviceable, but unfortunately I would not go out of my way to seek this place out.

My favorite taco spot in South Sacramento. I come here at least once a week. The meat is very flavorful and the tortillas are really good! My favorite salsa is the guac salsa, it's packed of flavor and just the right amount of spice (for those that like spice). The taco prices are good compared to other nearby pop ups. Service is super quick and the employees are friendly. Their fresh drinks are also very yummy! I recommend the chorizo and buche tacos with a side of the strawberry water.

Love this spot on Freeport. They do it right and have all the bomb salsas and toppings. Would be down to try their carnitas if they ever offered it.

Nothing like real street tacos. Not as cheap as some spot but great tasting. Also...... theyve worn masks every time I've seen them

Went there late on a Sunday. Super friendly guys, wearing masks. The carne asada tacos were really good. Not bland, not dry. The Al Pastor tacos were delicious. People who don't like this place should stop at Taco Bell instead.

Surprised sums it up, but in a good. Finally stopped here after I remembered this place one night- this place is usually packed on weekends when I have driven by FYI. Went pretty early and there was a few people there. I ordered 8 tacos, 4 al pastor and 4 asada and a horchata. Their horchata is my favorite in Sacramento. As for the tacos, they are street style and on the small side, but pretty packed with flavor. The asada was not bland, which I appreciate because most places it is, but the al pastor is where it's at. The al pastor was perfectly marinated, but I must warn you, with salsa, it is pretty damn hot. I definitely will be coming again.

In search of good Mexican food in Sac. Found this place through reviews. Order tacos with a side of beans and rice...they put the bean and rice on the tacos....who fucking does that. Gross ass microwaved meat and hard ass tortillas that were day old.

Seriously thought was eating cardboard nastiest worst tacos I've ever tasted the price was good for the size of the taco not worth it at all not including that it tasted really bad. Please give that spot to someone who can cook and deserves it!!Now if you want GREAT food go the Dalia at the shell gas station on 65th expressway and Stockton blvd! SHE NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!! You get 1 star cause it won't allow me to give zero stars

If you want a delicious, authentic Mexican taco/mulita/quesadilla, look no further than this easily-overlookable corner stall. Great authentic flavor and a nice staff. They accept Venmo if you don't have cash!
