Tacos Brambila

Absolutely delicious! I didn't have high expectations when I saw the trailer outside of Track 7 cuz taco trucks are literally a dime a dozen. Let me tell you this food was incredible! We had chicken nachos & mulitas plus the potato tacos. Literally the best we've had from any Mexican establishment. Yes the chips are store bought but we didn't mind. The salsa we got with our orders had plenty of heat. Can't wait to see them back in Natomas. Will 100% go back again & again.

This place was disappointing. I'll start with the pros...The staff was very friendly and personable. The bread for the torta was reasonably good.Now for the cons...the food was bland and I tried a variety of different things. The salsa had no heat and no flavor. Personally, I thought it was either from a jar or a can and the chips looked store bought not homemade. The prices are way too high for what you get. The street tacos looked trial size and cost $4.00 each. The torta comes on a big roll which is deceiving because you're mostly getting bread. It's a shame because I really had high hopes for this newcomer to the P'ville area.

Had their authentic Mexican food at Jack Russell Brewery and was very happy kind service and excellent eats! My kids loved it as well. It was a win win

I've had their tacos twice now and they are soooo good. Everything tastes very fresh, and has lots of flavor

Tacos Brambila Catering taco truck provided company luncheon at my worksite today, (Taco Trailer Style rather than Taquiza Table Style or Buffet). Taco Fiesta themed albeit the day after Cinco de Mayo. Unfortunately, we could not choose from the entire menu available (crispy birria tacos, nachos, burritos, quesadillas, mulitas, tortas) but what I did get to try was a 3 street taco combo plate with Mexican rice and refried beans, specifically a "sampler" trio which had double corn tortillas and one of each taco meat: chicken, steak, and pork, everything on it (onions, cilantro, salsa), side of chips and salsa too. The green homemade salsa sure had quite a kick to it! I wasn't asked to specify if I wanted mild, red, or green. The al pastor was so flavorful, the crispy grilled chicken was on point, and the steak/asada was pretty good as well. Veggie upon request, utensils/plates/napkins provided. Would've been cool if carnitas, lengua, quesa or the other specialty tacos were options for this catering (I didn't consider making out-of-pocket purchases), but I understand limiting the menu to get orders out faster. I may suggest an add-on of churros or Mexican soft drinks next time. The truck was onsite about 2-2.5 hours, although I can't comment on the cost per person to hire the truck. Tacos Pedito catered my end of summer family night at Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services earlier this month and i just cant say how satisfied we were with the food and the service the whole family provided. We ordered the unlimited taco bar with beans, rice, and the salsa bar they even provided all the utensils for a more than reasonable price!!! The food was even made fresh to order and boy was it delicious. I plan on using them again and I would highly recommend them for any event.

Nice staff. I tried the potato taco and chicken taco and a carne asada torta. The tacos were small (this includes the meat portion). The torta was a lot of bread with some meat. I didn't taste any spices or heat in the meats. The salsa that came with my taco trio box was extremely mild and the chips not worth mentioning. I'm not sure if I will be back.

Catered an event for me. It was 105 that day but they showed up and cooked for 40 people. They are the nicest family. The tacos were a hit. Everyone loved them. Can't wait to have another event, they will be my first call!

Great service, delicious food, prices are affordable, friendly staff, they set up a wonderful buffet table and nacho bar and after the event is done, they leave everything clean.
