I'm so glad I was able to sneak in for an early dinner on a Saturday, it's usually absolutely packed and it sure got busy as I sat! You get choices for your sides and I will always always always say, pick the salad bar and baked potato, you will not regret it! Their baked potato is definitely one of my favorites I've ever had in a restaurant and that's saying something! Here is my tip for when you get the baked potato, go to the salad bar, throw some cheese, bacon bits or green onions on it if you enjoy those on a potato, that's what i did in the photo above. They also bring out a grilled garlic bread that's irresistible, my diet can start Monday for this bread!I also absolutely love their steaks, they cook them on this beautiful open fire grill in the middle of the dining area that is incredibly charming. I'm not sure why but I just think it makes it taste better! I chose a medium size New York cooked medium rare and it was cooked to perfection and came out HOT unlike some places where your meat sits under a heat lamp... My compliments to the chef on the grill, at one point she was juggling at least 10 other steaks and still made mine perfectly! Our server Leslie and everyone else who checked in was friendly and efficient even though they were definitely busy juggling plenty of large parties and birthdays. We felt well taken care of even if we weren't the big table which felt nice. Overall we will absolutely be back the next time we visit PV because the food and service were both fantastic!

I haven't been here in a couple years and they still serve great food!They have a separate full bar with a lively clientele on an early Friday night. The place is casual and a fav with the locals.I had a New York Steak which was cooked perfectly! I love the open flame kitchen area where you can watch them cook! The dinner includes a one trip salad bar with a baked potato and garlic bread. YUM! What a great price ( see receipt). MThe customers and staff are warm and friendly - such a great experience!SPECIAL thanks to the amazing women that work SO hard - Leslie (amazing and friendly)..Janelle and Tammy B..these women rock - these women were servers .cook..bartender! THANK YOU for being so wonderful!If you want a great tasting juicy steak without paying sky high prices than this is it! See you again very soon!

Be sure to make reservations for this little gem! We love local hangouts, and this fits the bill. Expect to appear knowledgeable about when and where to enter. Thankfully, we were greeted at the bar (and duly reprimanded for not having a reservation). Pretty neat system, though. Each reservation has a pre-assigned table, and we didn't see anyone else come in after everyone arrived. Amazingly diverse specials, and we stumbled across Wednesday night beef ribs, and boy, were we glad to find those! Savory-sweet, sticky deliciousness, just like beef ribs should be. Abandon all etiquette and dive into those! We were told to arrive early on Sundays for prime rib... reservation already made!Our original choice was rib eye, of course, so we got one of each order, ribs and steak, and shared them. Again, steak exactly as it should be: flavorful, tender, and plentiful. Heavenly. Service is spotty because of how busy it is, but after our food arrived, we didn't care. Busy eating! We did manage to get drinks from the bar, though. Don't skip dessert. We had the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, which did not disappoint, and we're cheesecake afficionados, so our approval is well won.

Everytme I have visited this restaurant, one of three issues or all three in the same visit occur:1. WAY too much fat on my steak.2. Meal not cook to my specifications.3. Slow service.I have given this restaurant several chances, each time it falls short of my expectations.

Awesome steak and prawns, which is usually my go-to meal. I ate there last night, and it was awesome. The waitress was awesome, the cook was awesome, and the food was phenomenal, including the dessert.

I'm not even gonna lie the pork chops were the juiciest pork chops I've ever eaten in my life. It is very hard to nail a grilled pork chop. The prime rib was just so tender and delicious that rare plus everything cooked to perfection. Those plates were cleaned so quickly.

My partner and I received a gift certificate from my daughter. This being our first time there, we were excited to try it out. What a horrible experience. First thing, it took the waitress 15 minutes to come over to take our order (no they were not busy). The whole time she was chatting up a storm with some guy, then went to another table to chat with them. My partner ordered the special ordering it medium rare, I ordered the prawns & steak...medium. When we finally got our food, his steak was cooked just right, my steak was cooked medium rare not medium, the prawns were so greasy and the cocktail sauce was so thick I had to put it on the prawns with a fork. The waitress did not come back and check on us until "after" we finished. She did offer to have the cook cook my steak more. By then we were done. Did not apologize for the steak not being cooked liked I ordered it. I was told by a friend that has gone there for years, that the food had gone down hill over the past few months. I believe it. Go back??? No thank you.

I loved this place. My wife and I purchased and place in lake wildwood and stumbled across this place. We orders a lot of food including the NY strip and the Pork chop. Both were amazing.

Service is always great. The ladies in the restaurant are super friendly. The fried zucchini are on point tonight
