Convenient to the office when craving drinks and snacks. The popcorn chicken is slightly cheaper than the T4 Natomas location, and I usually get the jasmine milk tea, thai tea, brown sugar milk tea, okinawa, peppermint, or wintermelon. They also have the fun toppings like egg pudding and coffee jelly -- skip the boba though. It's been awhile since I've gotten other snackies like the egg puff, tea eggs, or lobster balls which are okay, but definitely pass on the ramen or rice plates. Midtown Sac has a more expansive menu and open later, but this T4 location near Beach Hut Deli, Wingstop, Burger King, Manchurian, Walmart, IKEA does the job. Group orders on Doordash are fine (no mistakes, but sometimes take awhile to prepare). They have a neat ocean/marine mural inside but I don't usually stay after order is ready.

A bit sad to see how low the reviews were for this location. Came here on a Saturday around 12pm and there was probably two people ahead of me that had ordered waiting for their food/drinks. I used the kiosk to order my Basil popcorn chicken (and can I say the prices at this location for are slightly lower than the one in Natomas the one I live closer to). I didn't order a drink this time as I just wanted a snack, which by the way was nice and hot, crispy and delicious. Staff was friendly and the store itself was very clean. No complaints.

The service and the quality of the drinks have completely degraded severely. I wanted to use my points to redeem for a drink, which the server made into a really big deal. The rationale was insignificant. On the screen, it clearly indicated that I may redeem for a Thai milk tea. The server indicated that I was not allowed to redeem as my drink cost more than $5. The Thai iced tea with boba is $6.25. It is outrageous that boba cost $1.25. I inquired if I may pay the difference and of course the answer is no. I have always been able to use my points to redeem for drinks without having this predicament and without having to pay the difference.Furthermore, the quality of the drinks were very water downed. My sister's red bean milkshake tasted like milk. Poor customer service combined with poor quality drinks...I will certainly not return.

Came here looking for a quick boba stop on a hot day and left feeling disappointed by the drinks and service. We ordered at the kiosk hoping to skip the line that had built up ahead of us, but we ended up being served after everyone that ordered at the register (even those we ordered ahead of). We were also given a milk tea when we ordered a regular roasted oolong tea, but didn't have the time to have our drink remade. The jasmine tea we order had no flavor! We will be avoiding this location in the future.

I love the people and the drinks on this place espthe watermelon with lychee gelly only seasonal so intake advantage of the season and keep buying till its over lol

Not giving a 1-star for no food menu items available since it was about half hour before closing, that's totally fair, but because I've been to maybe four different T4's before and this is the first and only location that cannot make a decent lemon bomb green tea. It literally tastes like water with a slice or two of lemon, no tea taste at all, nowhere near enough lemon. I think they forgot to use green tea and just used water? We even got 30% ice so I can't imagine what it'd taste like with full ice. Well I could, it would just taste like water lol. I would really like my $6.25 back, please.

Your typical T4. Clean. Nice staff. Located at the corner with lots of parking available. Checkerboard table for games is a nice touch. The Basil Popcorn Chicken is always a hit. Drinks were good. Boba was perfectly soft her chewy. This was my first time at this location and won't be the last.

Always good when we get! I particularly love the taro milk tea with pudding SOO GOOD! The service is good too! I came with my mom and I think they overcooked some sesame balls and gave it as a freebie, it was good!

We always stop at this location when going to ikea and has not disappointed. This time the oolong milk tea was on point today and were given free mochi balls (I believe it was something like that) which was extremely kind of the owner and loved trying something new.
