T4 South Sac

Stopped by here one night because we really wanted our favorite T4 drink - mango ice cream in green tea. When it came out it didn't look like the right drink, and it looked like vanilla ice cream so I asked her if it was mango and she said yes and seemed so sure. We figured okay maybe it just looks different here. Then we tried it and it was not green tea or mango ice cream at all! It was super disappointing since we came here strictly for that drink, and they didn't care to reconcile the issue either.Edit- received a message stating that it's probably because I'm probably only familiar with Asian mango ice cream flavor and they use Gunther's. Pretty offensive, also followed by a free drink offer. You can't possibly think that's mango ice cream looking at my photo. Won't be coming to support even if it's a free drink. So disappointing!

Ordered the basil chicken popcorn and the sweet potatoes fries. Entering the store the environment was Zen . The cleanliness was not up to par. The employees seemed to business needing to eat while on shift. I felt like the food was great for the experience it will get me to return , what won't will be the stores cleanliness. Overall three out of five.

Truly a great place to hang out and bring the family in to have some delicious Boba. I always get the Thai Milk Tea with Boba. Wonderful service, too bad almost each time I go in there is only one person up front doing everything. Give them a raise! Especially how tough it can get during rushes!

Ordering was quick and easy but the drinks were so so. The boba was a bit too soft and chewy and didn't have much flavor for my taste. I will however say that they sell macaron ice cream sandwiches and they're so tasty!!

I came here with my kids after going to the temple nearby. As soon as we walked in, I felt the HEAT! There was no a/c on at all and they probably should have had the front door open to allow for some air circulation, but the establishment felt like a sauna. Another customer near me was talking to me about how hot it was also. I ordered 2 taro milkshakes, lychee smoothie, strawberry milkshake, red bean milkshake and an order of popcorn chicken. 4 drinks came out and I realized that they forgot my other taro milkshake. I mentioned to the girl that made my initial 4 drinks that I was missing one more, but I felt that although she acknowledged it, she continued to make the other customer's orders. I waited until she called out 2 other numbers before my missing drink was made and given to me. The popcorn chicken took a while to come out too, we waited a good 25 minutes from the time we ordered and got my receipt to when we got all our drinks and the popcorn chicken. The drinks were all good, but their customer service sucked. I didn't even get an apology. I would most likely not come back here and I would prefer to visit another location.

Consistent delicious tea and snacks. I prefer the jasmine milk with aloe. Basil popcorn chicken is definitely a guilty pleasure that I enjoy as well

Called me and said I have picked up the order why I canceled the online order. I have contacted the customer serive， they said the store not accepting online order. I have tried to call the T4 back， but it never go through and the mail box is full can't leave the message. Test to place the order again， and it's scheduled tomorrow.

I always forget to tell them light ice because if you don't let them know they will sell you ice in a cup. Just let them know light ice next time you go there. $7.25 for this ice .

How you gonna forget the boba,and charge for it. how unfortunate,but other than that the drinks are fine and yummy.

Got terrible service, 7/10 for jasmine milk tea but do not like the way i got served, said thanks although got treated bad but received no thanks back
