Not bad location came here with the whole family and it was decently priced. Sizes are similar to other Boba places. Family really liked the available games in the corner and we hung out for a bit to sit, drink, and play. Nice place to hangout, drinks were good, and workers were nice. I recommend

reliable drinks and snacks!we love coming here as the drinks are always reliable and made accurately. large menu for drinks and variety of snacks. the popcorn chicken or calamari are our fav snacks, always hot and seasoned well (how we like it at least). usually do an online order but the workers are nice. sometimes there's lots of kids if you go right after school gets out. but usually not to loud in there. plenty of lot parking in the area.

What is up with the THAI TEA?! The only boba shop whose regular THAI TEA is pure sugar! Believe me, I have a sweet tooth and this was beyond my ability to enjoy a sweet drink.I shouldn't have to decrease the sugar when I order the standard "as is" version. It should NOT be that sweet. I was told that the standard version is super sweet like that. Crazy how the standard is absurdly sweet like that. How would anyone who orders it for the first time know to decrease the sweetness? That was my last visit 5 months ago and I haven't been back since.

Definitely had a bad experience with cheese sticks here just now. Rarely do I ever crave a cheese stick, but for some reason decided to get one here. Not only did they not have marinara and any other sauce can't be substituted or there would be an up charge, but I asked them to be refried since they taste like oil and were kind of cold. They went away for a second and came back with the same quality of cheese sticks . lol. Would not recommend cheese sticks! Boba though, delicious lol. Cheese sticks. No.

I like how the decorations are filled with anime related art which gives personality to this boba shop. I got the jasmine milk tea and it was above average. I love the milk that they use since it's really creamy. The only downside is that the tea felt like it was watered down. I also got two of my favorite snacks, the fried tofu and fried flour bun! Unfortunately the fried flour bun in the San Jose location has been discontinued. I was super happy to see that they still sell the fried flour bun here! The tofu was well seasoned, not too salty. The fried flour bun was also good as long as it is not drenched in condensed milk.

Favorite boba spot for a hot day. Clean dinning area, plenty of snack ideas and shakes! Quick Service, really nice workers that can answer all your questions if you are new to slushy and boba milk tea drinks. Beat the heat and get a slushy!

Since being introduced to boba I cannot get enough! Cute cozy ambiance can use some updates on their furniture but other than that service is fast and ordering is easy peasy. I like this place because of the egg puffs they have on their menu not many boba places offer. I come here often and enjoy a sweet delicious taste of Taro milk tea. Yummy to my tummy!!!

Been to a handful of T4's from The Bay Area to Sacramento. This specific T4 location is probably the cleanest and most organized one I've visited. Also, the workers are genuinely nice and very efficient. My iced taro boba was not overly sweet and they actually make the drinks accordingly to the sweetness level listed. The basil popcorn chicken is tasty, comes out really hot so be careful when you eat it.

This is an updated review. I'm here pretty frequently with either the mini me, or the other little's in the family. We've always enjoyed the variety of food offerings from the mozzarella sticks to my favorite basil chicken pieces. The chicken is absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and while it is a shareable, you will want your own. I will say that the serving size has absolutely been decreased, and they no longer offer a complementary dipping sauce to go with the chicken. Now, they want to charge for it. #Ridiculous.Service has gone down exponentially, the staff is not as friendly as they used to be, and they've had a high turnover of staff, which adds to the quality of service.Indoor seating is still not permitted, and people are hanging around, waiting for their orders. Depending on the time of day that you're there, especially later in the afternoon, the place is usually packed with the local high school students. The increase in pricing is tough for everyone, but their prices have gone up so much, that this has become more of an occasional treat, versus a go to place with the kiddos.The bubble drinks are consistent, so there's that. But with so many Boba places in and around the area, better deals are definitely found elsewhere.

The workers here have been so sweet every time I come in. On my latest visit, I realized that the drink I've been wanting to order, the Grass Jelly Explosion, is only available at a different T4 location. Despite this, the person helping me was a sweetheart and offered to try to make me something similar if I can describe what it was. I honestly haven't tried it, just that my friend recommended it to me, so I ordered a regular Panda Milk Tea. By the time I finished paying and turned around, I was told my drink is already finished. Such great service from the team, I appreciate them so much. This T4 also makes really great snacks. The bubble waffle and popcorn chicken are top tier and have always been my go-to if I order out for lunch at work.
