Excellent and consistent every time. Love the mango yogurt drink with drinkable mochi- I would skip the boba next time. I got 30% sweet but I think the boba made it slightly sweeterReally like how quickly the drinks are made and the workers are always so nice. Definitely recommend getting any of their yogurt drinks and add the drinkable mochi!

I had a good experience at T% with ordering and the drink itself. I ordered the mango coconut mochi yogurt drink at 30% sweetness, and my friend ordered the white peach yogurt drink at 70% sweetness. I regret not ordering my drink at a higher sweetness and not mixing it together more thoroughly, if I could give anyone advice it would be to do so for theirs (after taking an aesthetically pleasing photo of it, of course). My gripe is that the yogurt is a bit more one-note than I remembered it to be (e.g at the Yomie yogurt shops and the T% in Stockton) and not as tangy, it almost seemed a bit watered down. I would've been fine with just the mango yogurt flavor, as the coconut didn't really add that much in terms of flavor or sweetness. The white peach yogurt drink was better since it was at a higher sugar level, but I still had a bit of the same concern with the yogurt. I'd like to come back here and try it again for myself!

T% is the closest boba shop to me, and I was thrilled to take advantage of its walkable location in Midtown! T% is open late (10pm on Sun-Thurs and 11pm on Fri-Sat), which sets them a part. I arrived on Saturday evening and ordered at their kiosk. T% is cashless, and they offer online ordering as a more convenient option. I wish they had a loyalty program like other chains since that may help incentivize me.Inside is very sleek, but can feel almost sterile with the all white aesthetic. I usually grab and go, but there's a few seating options inside if you prefer to enjoy there. T% has a relatively short menu with a lot of unique offerings, and I was excited to try their new milk tea drinks. I prefer milk teas and decided to order the Ceylon Black Milk Tea with whipped cream and pecan. I've never had pecan in a boba drink before, but it was delightfully nutty! My partner ordered the Kyoho Grape, and I took one sip and was not a fan, but he loved it. Overall, I'd consider T% to be a niche spot for adventurous tea lovers.

The drinks here are good, but very 'Hit or miss." Some days the drinks are super good and others, they're not that great. The drinks are good depending on who makes them, which is not my favorite thing about T%. I also find it odd that they have their customers using a machine to order & pay when the employees are just standing there... sometimes you get completely ignored by employees until they yell at your name to pick up your drink.

We were in the area and were craving boba. This place hit the spot! We must've ordered like 6 different items. Strawberry overload, strawberry peach smoothie, mango green tea, mango smoothies, and more... they were all delish! The lady working didn't take too long and she was super nice. It's a small place with not a lot of seating but what do you expect for a boba spot! At least we now know where to grab some good boba when in this area.

Drinks: 4/5Service: 3/5Ambiance: 3/5Seating: 1/5Parking: 2/5Bathroom: NONE, for employees onlyI ordered and tried the Matcha Tornado which is a slushie but I thought it was a Matcha Latte. Fortunately, the slushie isn't too icy, it seems to melt in your mouth to a sweet drink so I wasn't too upset about it. Very sweet, just how I like my boba drinks and of course you can adjust the sweetness when ordering (I ordered 100% sweetness). I found the menu a lot more limited compared to other boba places. You walk in and there's only one Kiosk to order while the employees make the drinks behind the counter. They will call out your number and order when it's ready, but besides that most of the service is done virtually. Inside, there's only 3 seating, two tables and one large chair. All very uncomfortable, hard seats. This is more of a casual place to grab your drinks and go. Located inside the Safeway shopping plaza, can either try to find free 1 hour street parking, or the unlimited, free, private parking lot of Safeway. Either way, very hard to find parking as it's usually really busy. Overall, a pretty place inside to aesthetically take photos but you mostly just grab the drinks and leave. As a chain brand, pretty consistent sweet drinks but nothing too unique to rave about.

Was in the area grabbing a bite to eat and decided to stop in and get a Thai tea. The location is located in the midtown area in the Safeway shopping plaza. I walked in & employees greeted me right away and very friendly. Ordering was very simple and convenient on a self-serve kiosk. Drinks were made quickly once order was submitted. Ordered a Thai Tea 50%sweet with less ice. Tasted great and perfectly sweetened. Also ordered another tea with boba. Both made perfectly and would recommend this place for a quick tea or boba drink when in midtown.

After enjoying a meal at Ryujin Ramen next door, I decided to stop by T% for a drink. I've been here before and remembered how delicious it was, so I couldn't pass up the chance since I'm rarely in the area. This time, I ordered the Strawberry Matcha with Panda Boba. It was pretty good, but I chose 80% sweetness, which turned out to be less sweet than I expected, and I wish I had gone with the regular sugar level. The menu offers a lot of great drink options, though it felt it had less options compared to my last visit. Service was okay.. a little on the slower side; we waited around 15 minutes for our drinks. On the bright side, the shop's interior is super cute and aesthetically pleasing, making it a nice spot to hang out. Would recommend!

Talk about boba with twist! After ramen in downtown Sac went for dessert or specifically boba since my nephew and nieces wanted. I am always down for boba drinks.I never been to this location but guess they have few around Sac area. Cousin and her family go to another location all the time. The menu is pretty huge for boba place. It not just typical based milk tea. Also have smoothies, specialty type drinks, and really lot going on the menu. It all self touch ordering system. Straight forward process and lots of pictures. The one thing stands out mention start is they have these mochi balls. One thing cousin raves about the place. Section mochi ball drinks although sure u can add it to other drinks. It similar to honey based black boba balls. It just like mochi. It softer then boba balls still have chewy. Addicting. I had best of both cause added boba balls on top of it. By far best boba drink ever had cause of mochi balls. Inside cool. Lot of Pokémon decor and chill atmosphere. Device is five stars!! The worker saw three kids nephews and nieces. She pulled candy bucket of lollipops behind counter offered kids. Thank u!

Visited this place after grabbing dinner and it hit the spot! The boba is soft, chewy, and just the right texture--never too hard or too mushy. They have a great variety of flavors, from classic milk teas to refreshing fruit teas, and even some unique creations you won't find anywhere else.Order is with Kiosk that only takes card BTW. However, staff is still friendly. Ambiance was very modern and warm feeling.
