Daughter just finished the season & grew her skills exponentially. Coaches were awesome. This was her first season with Synergy & she loved it. Definitely recommend.

I'm knocking off a star because due to shortages of court availability in Roseville, our daughters practice, which we paid to be twice a week, is often only once a week and we have to drive 35 minutes to a Sacramento location. They also have a policy of not practicing the Monday after a tournament, and since she is on a Monday/Wednesday practice schedule, she gets less practice times and people on the Tuesday/Thursday schedule. Several parents have expressed this concern to the Director but his answer is there's nothing he can do.

My daughter has taken youth pod volleyball lessons here. Parking is half cement area and half rocks area. Masks required but when I waited in line to check-in my daughter and her friend, noone doesn't check on social distancing. Some of the players forgot as they waited in line. Overall, nice place.

Took my daughters game to a whole new level! Great club and awesome coaching staff! Because of Felicia's awesome coaching my girl lead her middle school team to the first banner ever in history! What a huge difference being on this club team made in her game!!!

This club has it's own facility which makes it very convenient for us. It is a well put together group, they are fairly new and still working out the kinks, but they do parent surveys and have made several changes because of these surveys. My daughter is in her 2nd year with this club and had been exposed to some excellent coaching. They provide year-round opportunity for my daughter to play, practice or train. They even have a boy's team! Club ball is expensive wherever you play, but I think you get what you pay for with SynergyForce.

Love Synergy for the camp and skills they teach. But coaches need to up front with parents and kids making the club teams. Let them know that players that have played with them in the past have priority on making it. Observing this weekend, it's definitely a who you know type of team.

I love this place, I am a VB player there and you have to be good to be on the teams, yes, but there is premier and if you go to the national/power then you automatically make the premier. So sorry to one of those last comments but it's probably because your daughter was no where near as good as you said as she was. The club overall is very clean and good. No matter if you are starting out or not it is great, and this comes from experience!! I started out with these youth academy camps and I am now on a power team there. I highly recommend if you are interested in volleyball!!

If you want politics and major drama enroll your kid there. Some good coaches there but the leadership is terrible.

Update: Our daughter is an average to above average VB player who made the school teams for the last three years. She is not a naturally talented athlete but has experience on the court and gets better each year with consistent hard work. After making her school team this year, she wanted to continue playing in the off season. We thought Synergy was a good place due to already being there for Youth Academy. Unfortunately they simply do not have enough teams to accommodate all the girls who want to play. They accept less than 1/2 of those who try out for their club teams. My daughter didn't even make the lowest team at Synergy. So I completely AGREE with another reviewer who said if your child wasn't on the Synergy team the prior year (or is not a superb natural athlete), then don't waste your money or time trying out for the club teams. We looking for a club that supports kids who are passionate about volleyball and want to foster that passion rather than discourage more than half of the girls who try out. Thankfully there are more clubs to chose from - check out Aspire, Ignite and Gold Cal Jr!

UNPROFESSIONAL. Bad politics at all levels, failed to follow through on assisting with recruitment at the very expensive National Level, paid extra for HUDL video services - but none of the videos were analyzed as promised. A player was left behind by herself at an out of state venue, favoritism for one team is blatant - even to the players on other National teams within the organization. This club only wants to develop certain players/teams, and are happy to take your money to support their favorites. Not all teams and players are considered valuable, important, or equal; and are treated accordingly.
