Swish is the perfect spot for a cute intimate date night! It features a simple AYCE menu alongside a few dishes a la carte. We opted for AYCE and found that their beef was delightful-- perfectly soft and did not have any frozen bits that come from other AYCE hotpot places. It felt fresh and marbled well. The soup bases were tasty as well-- we got the tomyum and sukiyaki broths. The sukiyaki broth was delightfully sweet and salty-- a perfect blend. Their sauces also pair really nicely with the meats! Service was excellent and we were checked in on. We did not feel like we had to wait too long for our orders, especially because the location is a little smaller so it wasn't as busy as other AYCE places. We didn't have to wait too long get seated either! 10/10 and would definitely go again for our next anni!

Less broth and meat/topping options than sea pot, but much better quality meat cuts. We had the slices of pork, beef and lamb plus beef balls. We had the spicy tonkatsu and miso broth which were both flavorful!Service was also great too as they checked in frequently on us to make sure we had everything we needed.Perfect place for hotpot now that the cold weather is upon us!

Swish is still my favorite hot pot place of all time! For the many years they've been here, they are truly the one place that have been consistent with their quality and taste, which includes their appetizers, soup bases, vegetables, sides, meat, and seafood. They stay 10/10. The service here has always been great. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the ambiance gives off the vibes of both date and casual night out. They cater to big or small groups, and take reservations for parties of 6 or more (which I recommend). Can't wait to come back again!

We came here for my bday. My choice. Got unlucky...Came from Nat to EG. Seated after a bit of a wait even with tons of empty tables. Young buck that was our waiter was Joe Cool and not too helpful, did not bring sauces extras, or explain much. Took a long time to come by for more orders being an AYCE. Had to keep hunting this dude down to get helped. Took forever to even get enough food. I eventually gave up not fully full and not very happy for the $35+ a person tag. OVer a hundy for 3 and shit service. Joe Cool came around more near the end for some tip hunting. They also don't give you many per dish or can order only a few at a time. Overall, not a good experience. Heat Shabu Baru in Carmichael beats this place silly. I can guarantee it will stay that way too!

I was expecting this place to be a lot bigger inside than it was. It's smaller, modern, and more intimate, which is nice too. I don't recommend large parties here. I loved their tom yum broth. It had a nice kick to it and it was very flavorful. We had a variety of veggies, beef, lamb, and seafood. The portions come out small on the plates, but it's to ensure everything gets eaten and not wasted. They didn't mind coming back to serve more. We had rounds of vegetables. I wish they provided more enoki mushrooms in one serving though, because those are yummy. The Kobe fries is a must try for your first time. The waffle fries itself were crispy. You gotta eat those right away! We'll definitely be back. It's $38 for AYCE btw.

This is still one of my favorite places, meat quality is always chefs kiss! I wanted to update that my party of 5 brought my 2 year old nephew in this time and they are definitely kid friendly! My sister mentioned how she's been to dozens of restaurants but this is the first one where they provided a suction cup bowl (which is sooo useful) and gave my nephew his own little water cup with a straw! It was too cute and very appreciated! They also have high chairs if needed! I did call ahead and they set it up for us before we got there :') It definitely made the experience so much better so thank you!!!

We went for the ACYE option for this visit and tried all the different meats they had to order. I think my favorite would be the pork. I usually go for beef, but my friends ordered the pork and it was so flavorful we had to ask for a few rounds of it. Our server was also super sweet and came to check on us a few times to make sure we got everything we wanted. The place itself has dim lights, giving it an intimate and cozy vibe. It was generally very quiet too so we can enjoy our meals in peace. There were also a few families so it's a nice place to bring children too if they like shabu.

I was treated to the all you can eat dinner here. The restaurant is located in a strip mall but parking was not an issue during a work night. The interior is dark and modern with dim lighting so it would be good for a date. It isn't the most kid-friendly place but they do allow kids under 5 to eat for free.I tried the spicy tonkatsu, sukiyaki, and miso broths. I would order sukiyaki and non-spicy tonkatsu again as I felt those were more flavorful and paired well with the meat. For the meat I tried the Kobe beef, Duroc pork, fish ball, mussel and shrimp. We also ordered a side of wagyu for an additional cost. The quality of meat was excellent. I liked the Kobe beef, pork and wagyu best. I would also try the beef ball next time. The mixed veggies (enoki and shitake mushrooms, Napa cabbage, spinach, carrot, tofu) came in a bowl together and added nice texture and variety to the meal. We also had rice, udon, and fresh ramen. I wouldn't get the udon again for the broths that I prefer. The dipping sauces on the menu are not all provided so you may have to ask for them. I enjoyed a mix of mostly ponzu sauce with a little of the goma and a touch of chili oil, topped with the garlic and green onions.Dessert is included for paying customers. You can get a scoop of ice cream (rainbow sherbet, green tea, cookies and cream, and strawberry). A sweet ending to a delicious and filling meal.

The food is delicious. The soup bases are always fresh and tasty. The meat options are amazing and bring our kids at least once a month. The ambiance and music played in the background. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable.
