Ordered a cake for a birthday and I really appreciated how simple the process was. I went to them because of their ability to create a gluten free and dairy free cake, as not many businesses in the area can accommodate that. I wish I got the name of the person who I talked to on the phone but they were very helpful providing information with how I could customize the cake.The payment process was simple, through email, and had a helpful text reminder that provided updates on when the cake would arrive. I placed the order about 6 days out and they delivered exactly when I needed it. The cake was DELICIOUS! I don't normally eat dairy free desserts and gluten free desserts but I was surprised at how good it was. This was a decadent and moist chocolate cake. Makes me want to try their regular cake! My fiancé loved the cake as well, so I am grateful I found this gem here! Perfect place to order any custom desserts for a special occasion

I ordered Christmas cookies for my work Christmas party... and wow! They are adorable and delicious-- delivered right to my front door. I would absolutely recommend Sweet Expressions and will certainly order from them again in the future.

First off, Kiiki is incredible! She was so professional and helped me select dessert options for mine and my husband's vow renewal! And the prices are so great especially for the quality of food! The team arrived on time and not only came with the desserts but helped with setup and they were fantastic and quick!! I also love that her team also helps with decorating and staffing dessert tables-great packages! I would definitely recommend using these services as the desserts were delicious and so beautiful! Kiiki was an absolute pleasure to work with for the planning of my husband's memorial, which was in a different city from where I live. During such a tender and stressful time in my life, Kiiki was patient, empathetic and engaged on the phone with me as I asked questions and placed my order. She was able to provide EXACTLY what I was looking for: cake shooters in various flavors plus a gluten free/vegan option for guest dietary needs. Her pricing was half the cost of the local bakeries I called, and she offered two hours of catering for the event which included white glove service: delivery, set up, and passing the items out to the guests. She even included utensils and napkins, which was another small but meaningful relief. She was prompt, friendly, professional and reliable. She lifted a HUGE weight from my shoulders. Kiiki's desserts are DELICIOUS!!! It was so fun to hear the guests thoroughly enjoying their desserts - so many compliments! I was lucky enough to take the leftovers home and sample the different flavors for a few days after the event - amazing! Kiiki - you are absolutely phenomenal. Thank you so much for making my memorial event everything I had envisioned. This woman, minority and veteran owned business is 10/10 Stellar and an absolute BLESSING to the world!

I had a really great experience with this company. I was madly searching for a custom cupcake/cookie shop in the Sacramento area in March, and because I had a tight timeline, a number of the shops I called couldn't take my order. I was almost going to give up, but then I found Sweet Expressions Desserts. I called and Kiiki immediately picked up. She was driving, and told me she would call me back within the hour. She called back within 25 minutes! The ordering process was very easy and smooth. She gave very clear instructions about the artwork format, and once I sent it over she confirmed the order right away along with the delivery information.On the day of the delivery, she texted me to let me know that my order is on its way to be delivered. She even sent photos, which was a really nice touch. I was blown away -- they looked so good! Then I got another text after it was delivered. I didn't have to worry about whether the cupcakes made it to the recipient.Those cupcakes I ordered were for a client, and our client sent a heartfelt thank you for the cupcakes and mentioned that the whole team loved them.So next time I have any similar needs in the Sacramento area, I'm definitely calling Kiiki again because not only is she dependable, pricing was also reasonable, and her work is top quality.

We were less than three weeks away and I was stressing about finding the right bakery to make B&G cupcakes instead of cake pops. Ms. Kiiki was so accommodating, and the cupcakes were so moist and good! Thank you, Ms. Kiiki!

I wanted to serve cupcakes at my son's 10th birthday party and didn't want to get grocery store cupcakes. I decided this the week before the party and knew it might be too short notice to place an order. I contacted two bakeries I found on Yelp. One of them said she needed 3 weeks notice for an order (which is understandable). I contacted Sweet Expressions and left a message. Kiiki called me back and accepted my order. That was it.. I didn't need to call anyone else. She is so nice and easy to work with. I ordered 3 dozen cupcakes and a "6-inch" cake. Everything exceeded my expectations. I mentioned that my son is currently into the Willy Wonka movie, and Kiiki made an awesome cake. He was soooo happy and excited when he saw his cake. The cupcakes and cake were delicious! My son said about his cake, "It doesn't just look good, it tastes good too!" Thank you Kiiki for working with me on such short notice and for making a cake that made my son so happy!

Thank you Sweet Expressions Desserts. First off the selection of goodies is amazing!! I wanted to order EVERYTHING on their website!! Since we were having a birthday breakfast in the office, I went with the cinnamon rolls. OHHH BOYYY! I MEAN EVERYONE talked about how good they were!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!. I ordered gluten free dairy free cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and they were not only extraordinarily tasty, they were perfectly beautiful! Easily 5 stars.

I have been eating the sweet treats from Sweet Expressions for years and recently have developed a gluten intolerance. I requested some gluten free desserts and they were amazing; I could not tell the difference between the gluten and non gluten desserts. My new gluten free favorites from Sweet Expressions are the lemon bars, chocolate peanut butter chip cookies and the red velvet cupcakes.
