Suzie Burger

Love it! My first Yelp place for 2025, and it was a great pick! I came here for the first time with a colleague for lunch, and I'm so glad I did. You order your food and pay and then they'll call you to pick it up. Cool and friendly vibes from the staff. I ordered the fries and the Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms, and let me tell you, my first bite was juicy! The cheesesteak was loaded with plenty of gooey cheese, tender steak, and the mushrooms complimented each bite. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. If you're on the hunt for a great cheesesteak in Sacramento, Suzie Burger won't disappoint.

A nice burger place with plenty of space. I wouldn't hesitate to bring a sports team here. The burgers are tasty. Our 4 yr old was able to eat about half of the kid burger but couldn't stop eating the fries. I had a double bacon cheeseburger. It's good but as greasy as it sounds. I got the onion rings. They were ok but I wasn't heart broken about not finishing them. Overall, the staff were very nice. The different posters on the wall of "Suzie" were entertaining to look at. It is definitely a nice retro burger place that will feed you well.

The daily special burger here was so juicy and delicious, I am looking forward to coming back for more :) staff were friendly, there was plenty of seating, and good lighting inside and out. Their menu has a huge selection!

Best burger in the world fries are delicious i'm definitely coming here for my break. Every single day cause I work at the co-op service was amazing. The person at the front desk was the nicest person in the world. I recommend going here but seating could've been better. But everything else is a five star so I'm giving a five star.

Suzie burger is a must if you are needing some good bad late night greasy food. Quick and fairly priced, it's easy to see why it has had the staying power it does. Pretty normal menu items, but good taste regardless. Plenty of seating inside if you are looking to dine in.

Really liked Suzie Burger, the cheeseburger was amazing, and the fries and onion rings were shared were perfect. Always wanted to try it, and we know we'll come back again. It's an order at the counter and pick it up type of place.Liked the music, have to try the cheesesteak next.

I haven't been to Suzie Burger in a long time and I must say, the food quality has gone down a lot. My husband and I used to love their food too.We checked them out for dinner last night and being on a healthy kick, I ordered their house salad and my husband ordered the Philly Cheesesteak that he used to love.Obviously since this is known for being a burger joint, the salad was mediocre at best (my fault), but my husband said the Philly was nowhere good as it used to be. I tried it and I agreed.I do love the inside that used to be a car shop garage though and all of the spacey Suzie decor. Lots of seating on both sides of the restaurant as well.The guy who took our order was friendly, but the service was very slow. They weren't very busy and there was only 1 party in front of us when we arrived, so I'm not really sure why it took 15-20 minutes for our food to come out.Maybe it's my fault for not ordering a burger, but if the Cheesesteak is any indication, I don't think I'll be back visiting anytime soon unfortunately,

A hidden gem in plain sight.We've all seen it driving by i80, I've lived in Sacramento all my life and never thought to stop by here for food...until we did.Suzie Burger might be one of my favorite burger joints in Sacramento, there's a reason why it's been there for so long!If you want a good classic cheeseburger with all the fixings you need then Suzie's is the spot.My go to menu item is the Regular Cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and grilled onions -- if I'm really hungry this changes to the Deluxe Bacon cheeseburger instead ‍The food always feels like it was just prepared and not sitting around -- I do prefer to eat there as we've DoorDash'd food a few times and it always comes soggy from the heat and being packaged.This may ruffle some feathers but this place rivals or surpasses the beloved In and Out burger. Go check it out!

The cheesesteak was amazing, one of my now favorites in the area! My boyfriend got the cheeseburger which was also very good, albeit a little messy to eat. The shoestring type of French fries were great as well. Decent price and we both left with full tummies & smiles on our face

I ordered online & when I received my food back at the office I found that I was given regular fries when I ordered & paid for the onion rings, the burger I ordered was poorly made, it looked completely unappetizing & the patty had a section of it that was extremely salty. I had to throw the whole thing away. I called & reported my issues & was hung up on during my 1st attempt & when I did get thru I was not given an apology & all I was told was just come back with my receipt & they will fix it. They never asked me for my name nor order number!. This restaurant has completely went downhill from years ago!
