The food, service and ambience is great for a little diner like Susie's. The staff is friendly and attentive. I live within walking distance so I eat here to support local businesses. You won't be disappointed.

Came in on a Thursday morning about 9:30 AM. Decided the chili cheese omelette was the way to go yet again. I was not disappointed. Potatoes were evenly cooked, chili was delicious as per usual, service was outstanding. Everybody that walked by the counter was checking on me.

Today was my third visit in two months. I am looking for another local breakfast/brunch place.The food is indifferent--usual American fare, as you can see by looking at the menu. Today the gravy was a bit more tasty than last time, but not really worth your time. Chicken fried steak was ok. Generous serving of bread with yellow stuff melted on it. $19 including tip.The servers are polite unless you are a regular. Then they are most friendly and they seem to know a lot of regulars. This doesn't damage the experience, but does nothing to enhance your welcome.

Pretty solid breakfast restaurant. The food is pretty bomb. I tried the steak plate (amazing), the meat omelet (amazing), the French toast (really good), and the gourmet apple pancakes (it was ok). The service was alright and I liked the art around the restaurant. The best part is the prices are pretty reasonable compared to most places. So with all this in consideration, this is definitely worth checking out if you are considering it. The food is amazing!

We came here for an early breakfast, and were excited to try something newThe restaurant was moderately busy around 8:30-9 in the morning when we arrived, and the inside felt classic, but I couldn't decide if it was outdated or unique, it might have been a little bit of both. A server pointed us towards an open table when we arrived, so that's where we sat. Less than 5 minutes after we had sat down, our server had asked us if we were ready to order food (I'm assuming they're used to regulars knowing what they want right away), but that did feel a little rushed. After we told her that we hadn't decided yet, she waited an appropriate amount of time before coming back. We ordered, and for it not being super busy, the food took a while to come out, but I was ok with that. The portions were decent, everyone took home leftovers, but the portions were more filling than large (if that makes sense). The prices weren't bad, pretty affordable for a family breakfast, the only complaint I have about the prices are the drinks being $4+ each. Now to the most important part, the taste. Everything tasted...just ok. Nothing had crazy amounts of flavor, it felt more for sustenance than taste. Everything just seemed very plain, nothing really stood out to me. I doubt I would come back here on my own, but if I went out with the family again, it's not a bad choice by any means. I encourage you to go try them as well, you may have a better experience with the food than I did!

This is a great place to stop by if you want a hearty meal with large portions. It's like eating at your grandma's house. Everything was delicious, and I love the charm of the diner. Service was quick, and I never had an empty cup of coffee.

This is a hidden gem that's all well to known.. Mostly regulars here..If you like home town cooking this is your place..The servers are awesome very quick to brink drinks and food. If there's a wait you will still be seated quickly. The restaurant is well kept and has that home feel very comfortable family like. The food is so good even after your belly is stuffed you will want more..yum yum yum..

abundant menu, friendly service, market appropriate pricing for this Roseville breakfast joint.If you're in the area in the AM, do yourself a favor and stop in... I sat at the counter for that extra experience.

Good service during a busy lunch time. Quality taste to the food. Steak and eggs cooked perfectly to my request. Friendly staff.

Or 1st time and we were impressed. Decor is diner like with plenty of seating and parking. The staff were courteous and service was prompt. We had an omelet and egg combo breakfast. The food was delicious and arrived hot, and the portions were huge. Plus, they offer mimosas! Their lunch menu looked good, with homemade buns. We'll definitely be back.
